We walked in and the drink station was completely a mess. The trash cans were overflowing and the tables were dirty. We ordered at the kiosk, grabbed a number and waited at a table until a worker cleaning realized. She told us she already called our number but she ran out of paper to put on the trays, so she couldn’t deliver our food to our table and we would need to pick our food up at the counter. We were fine with that until she called us “stupid people” while she walked away.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!!! When I went through the drive thru, I could tell that something was off. The man we we’re ordering from could barely hear us and he had a hoarse voice, and the woman at the window after was so tired out of her mind that she asked us if there was a large diet coke in our bag… Not only were the people here clearly about to doze off into sleep, but when I got home, my burger was completely raw in the middle!!!! I didnt notice at first because it was hot on the outside. This is extremely dangerous. The only thing good about my order was the nuggets and the shake, but they got the amount of nuggets wrong… Please don’t eat here, don’t even work here it’s not safe!!

We ordered online and my partner wanted his burgers plain (he can’t eat onions or pickles due to issues) and they still put them on his burger. He had to throw the whole thing away because he couldn’t eat it. Lack of common sense when it comes to listening to the orders. Normally people only post their bad experiences on here, well I don’t want to be one of them. I believe that positive feedback is deserved when I have a good experience, so here goes…I ordered on the kiosk, worked perfectly even with all the edits I did!! I was concerned, like every time I use one, about the accuracy of my order. This crew absolutely nailed it!! They didn’t miss a single thing. My food was hot and delicious and the people were pleasant. Not the norm for “Fast Food”. This Mickey D’s is on point and clean. Thank you.

This place is a dumpster fire, down to its employees. When asked for ketchup you’re giving grape jelly when I order a big breakfast I’m supposed to eat it with my hand. Then for the staff to catch an attitude because I’ve asked again for utensils is just bs. I’m tired of lazy McDonald’s employees. I’m happy that robots will soon be taken your jobs.

It’s 4am Tuesday morning and I pull into the drive thru. There are 3 vehicles in front of me and I hear thru the speaker that it’s cash only. Mind you I waited 20 minutes for the 3 vehicles in front of me to place there orders. When I get to the speaker and I’m addressed, I request a medium iced coffee french vanilla flavor. Simple right? I turn the corner a the 3 cars are lined up again. 15 more minutes before I finally get to the window and pay before being told to pull up and someone will bring my order. WHAT,? 15 minutes and there isn’t an iced coffee? So I pull forward and wait another 8 minutes. 43 minutes in the drive thru for an iced coffee. OMG

My Brother somewhat likes McDonald’s but we are not big on fast food restaurants because of reasons like this. He ordered Deluxe Db Qtr Cheese add 3 bacon (WELL DONE). He released the texture of the burger as he was eating it was different he looks at it and says “it’s pink it’s blood” as he starts to gag I look at the Burger I was disgusted and sick to my stomach. The burger was cold at one end, undercooked raw and pink and had no bacon, lettuce pickled tomatoes. We will NEVER be ordering food at McDonald’s again and definitely not at this McDonald’s on Causeway Blvd. The food is terrible, we drove back to the McDonald’s to show them they were not sympathetic and just gave us a refund
