2/28/26- 3/1/26. I go to this location regularly, night shift employees must have been on an Extra long smoke break. Cars in line just getting frustrated with no response leaving, finally put my order in an waited 46 min with nobody in line. Tried to go in but nobody was at the window. Please do better at hiring quality employees.

Just picked up my shareable 40 piece order. Nuggets and fries were fine. On the app I asked for 4 sweet and sour and 2 honey packs. Clearly instructions were not read smh. And it’s not even 6 sauces at that!

Burger only mustard even the ticket on the burger read correctly. Yet it had mustard, ketchup & pickles. Missing a whole box of chicken nuggets. Fries were old! $30 for fast food & couldn’t get it correct or even everything i paid for. Not to mention they didn’t give me a receipt so I couldn’t get it corrected either.

Ordered. No pickles had at least two. Light Mac sauce was too much. Alot of silly behavior in the back making food. Too much laughing and carrying on. One stopped laughing enough to say to his cost workers that there were ‘customers out there’. Young mgt. staff not at all trying to stop that behavior. What if I was there to shop your resturant?? Arrived at 3:05 am and didn’t receive food until after 3:26 am. Waited over 20 min for food when there were no other customers waiting. When we received our food, it was cold. It’s embarrassing that we waited that long for 2 fries, 2 burgers, 1-10 pc nuggets, and a snack wrap and the food runner brings out cold food (the only things that were luke warm were the burgers, but barely) with no shame. Clearly the staff aren’t ensuring food quality or customer service. When looking up the lobby hours of operations at the 24 hr 11212 Causeway Blvd location in Brandon, FL, it stated that the lobby was 24 hrs as well. My husband (who placed the order using his mobile app) attempted to use the restroom as we were waiting an inordinate amount of time for our food and the employees said only Third Party drivers were allowed inside. If that’s the case then the information concerning operational hours needs to be updated. If it isn’t, then the employees are clearly not adhering to the set operational hours and that needs to be addressed as does the poor service that they continually give during the night shift. They also neglected to provide a receipt with the order, which I can only guess is to avoid customers putting in complaints for their terrible service and food quality. I had to Google the store number for this location as a result. If I could I would give this location 0 stars as the overall experience was unacceptable. To add insult to injury, they also forgot the dip cups for the nuggets.

Believe me when I say the only positive reviews are from the employees! This place was HORRIBLE. Driving through on a trip and I have never experienced anything like this. We ordered several meals and they were all wrong! They were also out of Big Macs…howwww!?? No compensation for any of it. Took almost 30 mins to get our order. Also, there was an employee on her break ordering off the kiosk using profanities because it was giving her an issues!! I had my 5 year old witnessing this! I am beside myself. I wouldn’t have ordered here if I was a starving homeless person.

The Ony bright spot in today’s visit was the young man (who I believe his name was Darien) who stated that he was the manager and tried to correct the problems with the order. The young (tattoo’d up) lady named Sharon really Sucked!! A Horrible Ambassador for the Brand.

I just love their breakfast. The OJ was watered down, but all tge sandwiches we ordered (egg and sausage mcgriddle, egg and sausage mcmuffin) were hot and fresh. And the potatoes browns? Perfect.

WOW TODAY IDK who is in the kitchen but is doing everything WRONG.
First, i made an uber eats order. The bag had my receipt, but inside it was a completely different order, small order, and nothing that i could eat.
So im pregnant and made my husband drive to the restaurant and order again, guess what??? WAITED 12 MINUTES FOR ORDER AND IT WAS WRONG AGAIN!!!!!! my husband had to get out of the car and we had to wait another 15 minutes FOR THEM TO MAKE IT RIGHT (which was just for a mcchicken and bbq sauce that i ordered and requested extra and was in the received and not even 1 was given at first). Also, be careful they put less chicken tenders if you pay for 10 or 20 they give you less.
Whoever is doing the orders today idk where is their head at.
