Worst service ever. They didnt gave me strraws for the drinks or bbq sauce for my kids chicken nuggets. The fries wasnt even fill up it was half way and no ice on my drink. This is trash!!!!!

Eww the food was disgusting. My husband ordered two happy meals, he ordered a plain cheeseburger but instead got a hamburger which was nasty. All three fries that my husband ordered were stale, like if they had been sitting under the light for a long time. The nuggets from the happy meal were stale as well … what a waste of money. Will never visit this McDonald’s or any other McDonald’s AGAIN!

What can i say? It’s mickey d’s. The same food as they’ve had for decades. This mickey d’s has good staff that does their job and brings your food on time whether it be in the dining room or in the mobile app waiting spaces. Shout out to all the staff at old cutler road Mickey D’s.

I waited more than 30min for my order. The whole crew was helping out the drive-thru and left the front counter alone. For the entire hour, I was there, they were prioritizing the drive-thru. They were around 10 people waiting for the food. When I finally got my order was cold. I have to ask for a change. The only good thing is the park if you have kids

Don’t get fooled by any of the good reviews. I’ve been living in this area for a couple of years now and this is the closest McDonald’s to my house. I can assure you 100% this is the worst one in every aspect. Food quality is terrible, customer service is trash, and speed is incompetent. You might think I’m being hard but this is coming from someone who worked in restaurant business for over 5 years. I understand the struggles that come with it which is why I tend to be more lenient with things like this but I’m telling you I’m surprised they haven’t sent someone from corporate to close this down because it’s definitely giving them a bad look.

They have a short female Hispanic Manager with tattoos and a real serious attitude problem . They claim to be open 24 hours which is false they close from 3am to 5am two hours the employees are in there doing nothing ! Might as well open ! I asked the manger and she had an attitude the whole time. I asked her name she states she does not have to provide it to me which is not true I report this to corporate and have yet to hear back super ghetto and unresponsive people . Smh I don’t recommend that place

Don’t expect your dollar menu items at this store, everything is regular priced. The dining room won’t seat more than forty and the ambiance is worth catching a seat. This is the only McDonald’s that I know of that has a playground inside of it. Four story tubing I think and opens at 9 a.m. Closes at 9 p.m.. you can have a party here you can schedule time for the playground area with the workers at McDonald’s. The food here is great. Have a little patience early in the morning, I believe they’re short-staffed.

Worst place to go. I go because it near were I live but from now am going to drive ten minutes to gets my food from another McDonald’s. Never have employees to work the front register and have about ten employees working drive through and managers are always yelling at customers to order through the koas machine what about the people that don’t know how to work the koas they can’t order their food. Corporate or owner should do something really fast.
