Horrible! I was served raw chicken and the waiter was very helpful and apologetic, however, management did not even come by to speak to us. We got the meal removed from the bill, but nothing was done to make this right. They could have killed someone with this and they acted like it was no big deal.

We came here for breakfast at 10:30am and it wasn’t busy at all. We were immediately sat down and the food was really good, but the service was really slow. Our server was friendly, but very slow at his job. We weren’t in a hurry, but we waited 15 minutes after finishing our food to receive the check so we could pay. Our server was nowhere to be found so we just went to the desk and explained where we were sat so we could pay. The few groups behind us also had to explain where they sat so they could pay. Other than the slow service, we enjoyed our meal.

If I could rate it a BIG FAT ZERO I would! We came here because we literally live within walking distance and wanted to sit down and have a meal. I’m about 2 months pregnant. As soon as we walked in it smelled so bad like wet clothes and when we were seated the whole booth smelled and felt sticky. Place is unsanitary. Our waitress wasn’t really “there” she seemed lost. She had to ask me what was the “slam burger” and didn’t ask questions that normal Denny’s waiters/waitresses would ask in regards to the meal. We got our food I was so disgusted, there was no taste/seasonings and I got a crepe that was small as can be and definitely not worth the price it was advertised for and no flavor. Didn’t help that my cup for my drink was still dirty and that their ice machine was broken. I couldn’t even finish my food and lost my appetite and so paranoid about something happening with this pregnancy. As we were trying to enjoy our food we overheard a table complaining about the service, how one of the cooks was sleeping at a table and drooling all over and then heading back to the kitchen and how their food was unsatisfactory and then we heard them talking to the cashier about it. After they complained the waitress started actually being nice and checking on us as if that’s what she’s been doing since we got there. I definitely would not recommend coming here and shocked at how they’re still in service. The place was so empty and the host and waitresses were nowhere to be found most the time. I wish I could get a refund because this was just disgusting! We were nice enough not to complain as they had just got chewed out by the other customers, we paid and left.

Everyone was so nice!!! I came here with my friend. I am gluten free but I wanted a gluten free burger and the chef was so kind and catering to my needs and he made me this gluten free burger which tastes amazing. Thank you Denny’s team

Horrible! Terrible! My husband and I went to eat while we were waiting we decided that we would leave and order over the phone and pick it up…. we did just that….. first the employee that took our order when we called it in didn’t speak very good English. Then when my husband got home with our food I was IRRATE! My mushroom burger was missing big chunks out of it, there were very very few mushrooms, my bun was soggy, and then my onion rings were Cold and soaked in grease! My husbands were gross and cold… I can understand cold but, evidently y’all don’t change the oil in the fryer vats as needed. And for a total of 34 damn dollars I think our food should’ve been a little bit better than that so I won’t be going back. And as a matter of fact, we were not going to go to that location anyway because it just sucks every time but the other one on 500 S. closed down. next time, never mind there will never ever be a next time not for Denny’s not for us! Thank you for letting me do a review

Went for dinner after event and everyone was hungry. Staff were busy but did a good job. We were seated and waitress took good care of us. One person ordered T-bone steak medium but came out Well Done and she could not eat it. My food was edible but nothing special like I have had elsewhere. Eggs Benedict my wife had hollandaise was something else, not sure. Great staff, but food is less than normal

Our waitress was awesome. She was attentive and could tell we were all tired. She kept our glasses full and apologized for the kitchen taking so long. There was a soccer team there when we arrived so we understood it would take a minute. Food was Dennys so it was good.
