We had a number of dishes that were okay even though several menu options we wanted to try were not available. The fries, that came with the burger, would have been delicious if they weren’t so salty. The scenery was festive and we had fun.

Good food. I’m a vegetarian and can’t buy much of the menu but the fries and the oreo shake are amazing. The sauce is incredible too. The staff was nice and I had a good time chatting with one of the employees

Came here with a group of thirteen friends and the employees inside were the best….they took our orders, brought them to the 4 tables we were sitting at when it was ready and believe it or not, not one error! The employees were so nice, courteous, and efficient. We were treated like we were family to them…just unbelievable. If only we lived closer by, we would all return to this location more often. The food was fresh, hot and tasty but anyone who’s ever been to a Chick-Fil-A, already knows this. The service is top notch here and I just wanted to give a big shout out to all of the employees there.

Well I guess the great customer service and the hospitality has left the Catonsville Chick-fil-A.
I have never had a problem at any other Chick-fil-A if my order was wrong. I ordered a large half an half and a salad. I paid extra for cheese and extra for eggs. When I got to the pickup window they gave me a medium half and half. I told the lady I had ordered a large. She told me that was not put in my order and I had to pay extra 80 cents. When I looked at my salad it had like four pieces of string cheese. I told her I ordered cheese and paid extra so I expected more cheese and than just four pieces. And I only had a half a egg. We went back and forth and she told me I had to pay extra for cheese that I had already paid extra for. Plus the chicken was supposed to be sliced and they just stuck a whole chicken breast in there. I got so angry I just said give me my money back. It wasn’t worth what I paid for and I never had a Chick-fil-A nickel and dime me at anyone that I’ve been to.
The owner or the manager needs to work with their staff on what is good customer service. She could have just gave me the cheese but instead she wanted to argue and charge me extra when I had already paid extra. I won’t be coming back to this chick-fil-A ever again even I have to drive 20 minutes away.

The food is generally on par with all other Chick-fil-a restaurants. Parking is a bit difficult at this location. I also find the service here not to be as good as some other locations. I have had them lose my mobile order on more than one occasion, and I no longer use curbside because the wait is so long. It’s still a decent Chick-fil-a, but I do find myself picking other Chick-fil-a locations over this one. I only go here because of the convenient location. The inside is usually crowded and noisy. Most of the staff are super nice though.

While I have only visited this location twice, I must acknowledge, that each visit did not feel welcoming. In fact, upon each visit, when engaged by staff about which order I was there to retrieve, the Representative asking often had my Order in hand and either intentionally or unintentionally ignored handing off my order when it was originally in hand. This encounter has left me with a bad taste, reminding me that not is as it appears. While this may not be the experience encountered by all, I’m sure this has happened to others. Hopefully, the team there will recognize the flaw and slowly and surely improve performance.

Today was the fourth time in a row that my order was not complete or messed up. When I went to go get my correct order the person took the incorrect item to the folks working drive thru laughing about it but did not offer any apology. Will most likely not return since this is the only location close to where I live.

The employees were very nice. Food was ok, but I’ve had better chickfila from other locations. The parking isn’t great and the drive thru is one of the ones with 2 lanes that I personally find confusing.

Plastic in our kids Mac and cheese. WHAT? Unacceptable Chick-fil-A. Curbside pickup was great. Worker was so nice but food was cold and plastic in Mac & Cheese. Quality of food has gone down at this location several times for us.
