Location looks nice but it was a bad experience. No one or no sign to tell us to pay at pick up window, the girl kept speaking Spanish then tried English but still spoke very fast, didn’t know how Apple Pay worked (can’t wiggle the machine around while scanning but at least she apologized), and the fries were cold. Crispy chicken deluxe sandwich was really dry. Thank God the soda was fine, but I didn’t go there for soda lol

It took 28 minutes to get my simple food…every one at work was talking more then working. The manager which was a big lady didn’t bother to say anything to the workers. Horrible customer service

The drive thru attendant had no type of customer service, he lacked speaking English had an attitude. They accused me of paying with a fake dollar bill and embarrassed me in the drive thru. The dollar bill is marked for tracking “track bill” they did not have a marker to detect fake bills. They held up giving me my food “that was paid for” and at the end I left with out my paid burger and they kept my “fake bill”. The worst place to visit! If you order there, wait 30 minutes for your food. The manager is unprofessional. The team members as well so unprofessional. If you complain, they ignore you, they let you speaking alone and give you the back. The kitchen is full of people and is for nothing. Do not come to this place! It is horrible. The service is super bad. Once you get your order, it is not correct. The worst place to visit in Miami.

This just has to be the worst McDonald’s in Miami. Everybody here speaks Spanish. No one understands English. I got more orders wrong three times The manager had the nerves to tell me that this is Hialeah. We only speak Spanish here

today March 26 time was 4:22 PM. Me and my wife went to have lunch to dine in. We use the kiosk to place our order when we received our food. There was no napkins no sauce for a chicken nuggets no ketchup for our hamburgers, and we had asked a staff member to supply us with our needs. When we went to look for a table. All the tables were filthy, I had to speak to the manager to have someone clean the tables because we were eating standing up. The gentleman‘s name was Mario that got assigned to the duty? How funny he has the same exact name I do well he decided to join his coworker that was on a lunch break and do a Skype with someone on the phone , he did not put no effort into cleaning none of the tables literally in front of our faces and McDonnell wants to pay these employees $13.35 an hour they need to get paid more like $7.50 most of your McDonald’s are franchisees I will not be returning to this one on W. 18th St. I will be contacting regional district office about the poor employee performance. I wish someone could reach back out to me.

The customer service is terrible. I made a mobile order and when I arrived to the drive thru, I waited until the person talked to me but I notice that she keeps attending the other line but not mine. She just refused to assist me. Then, the cashier was in another planet! I had to wait 10 minutes for a smoothie and when I received I noticed it looked weird. I was already late so I couldn’t complain about it. It wasn’t a smoothie. It was cubes of ice with juice. They didn’t blend it well! And the taste was also horrible, couldn’t drink it complemety
