I called this location about 7 times for a young lady to pick up the phone and keep hanging up then once she stayed on the phone she rudely asked me what I needed and I asked was she gonna hang up on me again and what time was lunch she rudely said 10:30 and hung up! I went through the drive through eventually and of course got cold fries Every time I come here these young people have attitudes like they are not happy with they job and the managers always looking lost and don’t know what’s going on!! Sad that this is my local McDonald’s.

Some of the staff and managers are very rude, especially to the customers. I thought the customers were the ones who were mostly rude, which is sort of true, but a lot of the time the managers get hostile first. The managers do not want to help or teach the new hires, they expect them to know how to do everything within practically the first day/week without being taught. Heck one of them even bragged about it like a flex for one of the employees, even though the message they sent for the new hires say they’ll train you? 9 times out of 10 the new hire has never seen even half of the machines use at McDonald’s, in their life. Sometimes the managers would not pay attention and mess up someone’s order, then blame it on the employee. A lot of days they’re understaffed, then other days they’re overstaffed and send people, especially the new hires, home a lot. Terrible management. One manager would say you come to work this day, then another says it’s not your day to come in. Terrible communication with employees as well. The hiring manager is always on their phone but can never seem to respond to their staff. That’s another problem with these people, they’re hypocrites, especially the managers. They’ll tell you to your face that you’re not supposed to be on your phone, while scrolling through theirs at the same time. And it’s rarely for business. Speaking about business, they have this time system (I’m not sure how it works to this day nor do I get it), they’re more worried about the time that shows in the system and less worried about serving customers a meal that leaves them satisfied. These people would literally put down fake orders just to make their time look better lol. Let’s not forget about the staff, who are so loud, for some reason a lot these people are immune to peaceful moments. And if they’re not talking, their phone is, when they’re playing music. Let’s not forget about the creeps who’s literally always staring at the females, and I’m talking about both genders. Last but not least it’s insane to me that there are some staff who are better at doing certain jobs/tasks than you, but do not want to do it just because. Which makes the whole team cooperation more difficult. Actually, it would be a lot of them at one station, and no one at the other, simply because they just do not want to do it, not because they can’t. Only a few members of the team speaks Spanish, and this is where it gets bad. If there is a Spanish-speaking customer, the Spanish employees (especially the younger ones), do NOT want to go and help the customer through communication. They want the employee who doesn’t speak Spanish to deal with someone they can’t even understand. What type of mess is that? They’re loud and proud to speak it when it comes to playing around, but when it’s time to assist someone they’re looking at you crazy. I’m not perfect but I’m not gonna let this terrible restaurant slide either, considering they don’t even give you a lot of days to work and learn anyways. That’s why they’re always hiring and hiring people. They want to give their friends the days they want, and the people they don’t mess with the weekends. Heck no, sorry. Got a better job month later, and it actually pays well for my hard work. Not like some billion-dollar company that doesn’t even want to pay it’s employees well. The only thing I will say is this, their burgers, fries, and soda are pretty good though. As it should be considering their behavior and attitude isn’t.

I’ve gone to this restaurant in various occasions and most of the time always goes sideways. From inexperienced attendants to not getting the order right or waiting longer than usual times for the food. Getting a meal over at this place is always a mission. This time around it was even more painful than ever.

Night Customer service is wack! So rude mean , they lie about giving you fresh food & get upset w/the customer when they made a mistake , just throw the whole night shift team away honestly… morning / day shift is way better no complaints at all…

The managers here have the WORST management skills and customer service. My code to redeem free fries was not working and instead of redeeming fries the app redeem something else instead without my authorization. At the end after the wrong code was redeem I was over the situation and didn’t want the fries anymore. The intercoms person went to do get the manager on duty came to see what happened…while I’m trying to explain the lady keeps cutting me off, not letting me explain. It felt like she didn’t care and it wasn’t her issue and she decided to say that she has a long line and she is trying to move. As someone who has management experience/customer service this is NOT the way to show it. Will never come back to this McDonald’s worse customer service experience.

I went through the Drive-thru waited in the wait station for 15 mins for a burger and Large Fry, I went inside waited another 10 mins for a burger with cold cheese and this Small fry when I paid for a Large!

Do not use drive thru. If you do, ask for receipt. Check your change. And definitely check the bag for correct items. I didn’t. And in July 112 heat index had to go back. 84 yo vet with disabilitys. Hard. They won’t do job right. Calling their phone is a sad joke. WOWEEREE look at all the 1 star reviews. Why is this place even there.

This woman was so nasty and disrespectful over two hours. I did not receive my food that I ordered on DoorDash. I called nicely and asked her what was going on and she’s trying to tell me that I have my food already and then she’s all disrespectful and says “ OH YOU AINT LISTENING TO ME “
