Placing my order was a waste of my time. The person who took my order was rude. When I pulled up to to pay, her appearance was pleasing…her wig was matted looking.
As far as my order which was a rather simple order. I ordered a #8, a snack wrap and a meal that came with chicken nuggets. I was asked to pull up to parking slot #1. Regular price: not cheap not expensive. Taste is acceptable but not gorgeous. Customer service were here OK, not typical person annoying you stare with attitude, they were nice, good.

Don’t come here they stay messing up my order. Theres a really sweet lady who works in drive thru but besides that no. Everytime I come in because they messed up my order some girl lookin at me like I’m dumb when I know what I ordered and my receipt is correct. As someone who’s worked in fast food I understand rushes but this has happens almost every time I come to only this Mcdonalds. Management, ya’ll gotta change something because it’s not workin.

My normal McDonalds until last night. I ordered the double cheeseburger special $1.99 each. Bought 2. When I got home opened the bag, the first sandwich was unwrapped on the bottom of the bag with grease everywhere. The second one was running grease everywhere. Very disappointed. Night time crew sucks. They make you pull to the side. Then wait till there is 3 orders done before they bring the food out. Ours came out dam near cold. Burgers all smooshed for some reason. Very unpleasant!

Kiosk didn’t work wo I had to wait 6 minutes to order. Then I get my food and another 10 minutes to get napkins. When I asked the big girl told me she the only one and she busy. But had they handed me the food with the napkins I wouldn’t of had to ask.

I think this is one of the worst Macdonalds I ever been to. 10 minutes waiting for your order, there were only me and one more customer, and we both waited for 10 minutes, I dont know how they could do 1 deluxe burger, 1 cone ice-cream, and 1 sundee for 10 minutes, and they dont give you any cerificate for a long wait as in other restaurants. Toilets are closed both. All self order displays doesn’t work. Even screen with menu is broken. Floor is dirty. Noone care. Macdonalds is in decline?

Service is very slow and disorganized. There are signs on all the doors asking people to give owners feedback back about service. And a sign at cash asking customers to ask a crew member for help is they need service. Kind of odd since the order counter where you expect to get service without asking.
