This store has gotten worse over the years. The lack of customer service and attention to detail is a shame. Staff is rude and inconsiderate. They don’t bring orders out to you. Ask for everything you need up front or you will wait for someone to finally acknowledge you. There was an elderly gentleman who didn’t hear is # and the employee told him to, “hurry up it’s getting cold.” They close their dinning room at like 8:30 when it says they’re opened until 1am. Drive-thru is a joke. They can’t answer the lanes correctly. They took three other orders before they even answered lane one, so we drove to window. There is no Wi-Fi at this location either. The play area is dirty. Both parties are to blame in that aspect. Parents need to watch their kids, but staff should be cleaning routinely. One day there had been a drink spilled all throughout and down the slide. It was dry, but sticky. I told staff about it being dirty and got no response. I let my kid play with shoes on and when they said something I reminded them that it’s sticky and dirty so my child was told to leave their shoes on. Today the trash was overflowing. Customers had to ask for clean tables. No they weren’t busy. There are very few employees that are nice and will try to help.

The girl at the window is very nice and seems very competent at her job, yet she’s always in the window. Meanwhile the people assembling orders are very rude and should not be doing the job they’re doing. The order taker and I assume drink maker gave me an attitude when I had to correct her mistake. I even found a fly and garbage on a drink that was meant for my family member. When receiving the order, no words were exchanged and I got a nasty stare instead. That girl cashing out needs to be the one in charge. Circa~ 10am 3/5/23

We ordered the food they said to take a seat they would bring the food out they did not a 1/2 an hour went by, I went to go check, it was sitting on the counter, all melted, the ice cream and the milkshakes, the fries were cold, it was horrible. They would not replace the food …

Ordered at kiosk and received message to have a seat and we’ll bring out your oder. 20 mins go by and no food- walked up to counter and seen an order sitting there! Another guest said oh they yelled out that number earlier….. I immediately was pissed, I wasn’t listening for no order to be called out! I asked for a manager which then I was mocked and they giggled! Will not return to that location. At what point do we all say screw they fries and X them out. There is absolutely NO customer service left at McDs…….. maybe we would have better customer service when they go fully robotic

Since they redesigned the inside of the store it has become very callous in the way that it looks. It’s very impersonal since they no longer have a lot of people there to work with you. Everything seems to be digitized. You can’t even go get a refill of drinks without going to the front and hoping somebody will be there to go ahead and refill your drink up. The Play place really needs a good cleaning. They don’t want the kids to use their shoes, but our kids feet were black from all of the dirt in the PlayPlace and needed to be washed when we got home.

I placed an order on the app. When I got there, they had replaced one of my items with a duplicate of the other without saying anything. When I asked about it, the cashier said “we don’t have that, I don’t know why it let you order it.” I explained that then I only wanted the two items they did have, not a replacement for the third (I wish they had asked me rather than just trying to force me to take it but I was trying to be non confrontational). When I asked if I would get a refund for the third item (paid on the app), the cashier said “hopefully! Have a nice day” in an annoyed tone. I paused, wanting to make sure it was processed, and she repeated “have a nice day” angrily/ making it clear she wanted me to leave. I didn’t want to be a “bad customer” so I left, hoping I could handle it online/through the app. It has been over a month, and despite submitting multiple online forms and making multiple calls to the customer service line, I still don’t have a refund, nor was I ever contacted about the incident. I just wanted a refund for the item I didn’t receive, which I think is fair. I like to think I’ve been respectful and kept this in perspective, but I’m frustrated that something so simple was not handled better. I’m embarrassed that I let her intimidate me, but I also don’t want to be the jerk here. It isn’t a lot of money, but I resent that McDonalds’ bureaucratic lack of response is meant to wear me down into accepting the loss. Anyway, that’s been my unfortunate experience with this location/the app.

I have only ever used the drive through so far, but even when they are busy it is normally pretty quick! I haven’t had any issues with orders being messed up like at other locations, and the food has always been hot and fresh.

id give 0 stars if i could. went on the app to try to process an order but it gave me an error saying i had to go in a see a crew member’, for what i have no idea because they are useless here. Lady that “dealt” with me was old with white hair and black glasses completely useless , i was aksing for help jsut for her yo be completely rude didnt want to help at all and said kiosks were down, what the heck does that have to do with the app telling me to go to them. the founder of mcdonalds is rolling in his grave cause this is disgusting i understand customers can be annoying but this is appalling. will never return her .
