This staff is unreal here
Manager must be proud. Recently I came into chic fila way late not knowing what time they close. I ordered a 30 piece with 3 minutes until closing time. Once again my apologies. This service i received was exceptional. The young staff handled it with no stress and got me the food. This is very great to see. I will be returning but not that late ! Thank you Mendocino ave staff! Love chic fila

This has to be the worst Chick-fil-A we have been too. The floors were dirty, the trash was overflowing, there were big flies inside. There was a table where people left their trash on that no one bothered to clean. I get that it’s the customer that should clean up after their mess but if they didn’t do it then a worker should clean it as soon as possible. What were the employees doing?? They had no customers ordering so they were just standing behind the counter talking and laughing. We have been to other locations and the employees are cleaning and offering refills. They also didn’t have any napkins out so we had to ask to get extra napkins. If they don’t care how the area where the customers can see how must the area where customers don’t see be?? I’m glad we don’t live around here and won’t be going back. I do not recommend.

This review is about the staff here at this Santa Rosa Location. Absolutely top notch service and staff here. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great dining experience. Best customer service I have had in a long time. It wasn’t just me they treated exceptionally, it was every customer that walked in.

The food is amazing. It is just so incredible. If you are hungry for some comfort food, this is definitely the place that hits the spot. The staff are very nice. But one thing is that it is very crowded, there are almost no parking spots, the drive thru is packed from the store entrance to all the way back. The Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich is really good with a mild kick in the spice but not too spicy to burn your tongue.

Chick-fil-a as you know is a Christian based and family owned fast food restaurant. They focus a majority of their menu on chicken hence the name of their place. They are actually known to be closed Sundays because they save that for religious purposes. They also try to stay community based rather than corporate based. This Chic-fil-a is located on Mendocino Avenue right across the street from the Santa Rosa community college as well as Santa Rosa high school so the crowd tends to be a lot of the youth or younger adults.
I used to absolutely love their chicken nuggets and waffle fries there. They cooked the chicken well and the waffle fries were crunchy yet soft at the same time. And don’t even get me started on the choices of sauces they have! Even still, I love how many options there are.
Now, this last time I went I can compliment the workers. I loved how giving the workers were that evening. Very nice and polite. Continue making your team like this! It definitely helps. As for the food I had the chick-fil-A Deluxe sandwich and the chicken was not as crunchy as expected. It was actually quite soft. I also ordered waffle fries and they tasted stale. I ended up liking their chicken noodle soup better than the rest of it. My guest had ordered the chic-fil-A Cool Wrap and it was basically a wrap from the corner grocery store. I don’t know if it’s just this specific one in this city. Either way this time, the place nor the food impressed me.
To my Sonoma county people I was personally underwhelmed and I wouldn’t come here again. There are better fast food restaurants with good prices.

Chick fil A is a consistently reliable fast food restaurant where you get hot and fresh chicken sandwiches, crispy fries, and quick service that stays friendly even when the line is long, making it an easy choice when you want a fast and satisfying meal, and you can count on clean dining areas, accurate orders, and efficient drive thru flow, even though the menu is limited, the restaurant gets very busy during peak hours, and it stays closed on Sundays which can be inconvenient when you are craving it.

I think this place is horribly overrated and overpriced, but my people like to go here. The nuggets were good, but they remind me of original recipe chicken seasoning at KFC. They offer a free ice cream cone your first time tho, so that’s cool. It was good soft serve
