The fries were pretty good. They were crispy and salty. Yum. The Cheeseburger bundle that comes with the fries and the 20 piece nugget is a good meal if you got little kids cause there’s burgers fries and nuggets. It’s more food than the happy meals. If they insist on a toy but eat a lot I’d say just get the cheeseburger bundle with a couple toys and drinks and call it a day. 🙂 their play area is a little bit dimly lit I think but it’s a preference I guess. You can sit at the tables and order on the app and put in table number to have your food brought to you which is nice if you got a lot with you and don’t feel like holding it in a line.

I’ve never left a restaurant review. But this McDonalds was the best one I’ve ever been to! It was Amazing in every aspect. The workers were the most polite fast food employees I’ve ever encountered. They all seemed happy to be there & were overly nice to every customer! The way the manager treated the employees was also really nice to see. She told an employee “time for your break girl, go enjoy yourself.” I’ve never seen such great vibes in a fast food atmosphere! & the food was actually great! I’ve never had such great service at a McDonalds. All the employees there deserve a raise!!

According to the web page the inside should have been open. Also the order that I made was online and three of the six items were not available when I got up to the drive-thru. Since I already paid for it it would have been more of an issue to try to cancel the order. I was expecting to be able to sit down inside the restaurant and eat but the restaurant was only open for the drive thru. Since I only drive a motorcycle, eating in my vehicle is not really an option. And then with half of the order Not available made my experience quite annoying. The young lady who served me At the drive-thru was very polite and tried to be helpful. But all the problems with my order and the fact that the website said the restaurant was open inside and it actually wasn’t made my experience at McDonald’s More problematic than it was positive. I ended up having to throw out much of my order due to not having space on the motorcycle to eat and drink. And since I live 200 miles south of the McDonald’s in my final destination was 270 mi to the west of that McDonald’s it was pointless to complain to the management since they would have told me to come back and get the correct order or they would have said something similar. So I said I’m just writing a review of my experience at this McDonald’s.

We went thru the “drive through” at 2 am, but the car in front of us took 10 minutes to place their order. We are thankful for the business remaining open 24 hours, but if there’s not enough staff, the owner ought to consider closing it on weekday nights. We can go to another business just this one time.

Partially about McDonald’s as a whole partially about this one in particular… their prices are just as much if not more than a far nicer restaurant… it’s $10 for a burger fries and drink. That’s the same price you’ll spend going elsewhere and getting good food. It’s faster you may say! Nope. I every time I go to this McDonald’s they are incredibly slow… so much so it’s almost impressive that you can have a drive thru and can still be that slow. Would have been faster to go somewhere and sit down and I’m not exaggerating. And on top of that they started taking order and then just stopped responding. I asked hello and they said hold on… nothing for 10 min?… lest find out cause Im a slow typer and I’ve typed this entire thing in the amount of time it took them to get back with me since started taking order and had to get back with me. But this is my no means a one or two time thing. This is every single time. Oh or they can only accept cash sometimes. But at least their ice cream machine is working this time! Shocking

What can I say. It’s McDonald’s. I really don’t like the ordering kiosks. I am looking at the menu behind the counter and it has no resemblance to the kiosk choices. By the time I try and scroll through the menu I could have just said what I want and paid (which I did). Seating was limited because I guess they only want kids to eat in the dining area. Breakfast burritos was mostly cheese and smashed. Oh well. Coffee was hot. Maybe too hot.

This is a very busy location throughout the week, and especially on the weekends. Normal Crestview patrons plus tourist traffic heading to, and from the beach for 9 months out of the year makes for a busy spot. For the most part staff is pleasant, and friendly. Typical nasty McDonald’s food, but what are ya gonna do ?

We stopped in here on the way home Very friendly employees here & the store was extremely clean The tea was really good as well which means the water is decent here I really want to point out that this establishment deserves huge kudos for how well the employees all get along ❤️ That is not an easy feat I definitely recommend this McDonald’s to all ❤️❤️❤️

Since when is this a McFlurry? I asked for sweet tea they gave me unsweetened tea. I had rather them just be honest at the second window and say they didn’t have sweet. You ask for the sauce for your nuggets and it takes a act of congress seems like. I won’t be back. This is why they can’t get payed top dollar in fast food. You have to do the bare minimum first !
