Excellent for a McDonald’s. Wonderful sweet lady keeping inside clean. Food delivered to table by a nice polite young women. We ordered from machine in front lobby for the first time and easy peasy. Food came out perfect.

Place is a toxic environment everything does not work and they were charging for packets of ketchup 1.25$ and you cant get your own refreshments anymore and the kiosks domt work and they dont put ketchup on the burgers if you dont get a meal pathetic place should be shut down and the lemonade i ordered just tasted like piss and water disgusting

I waited in line almost 20 minutes all I ordered was a bottle of water. Once I made it to the window to pick up my bottle of water the young lady working the window who wasn’t very old maybe 15 was doing an orders and other stuff and I finally had to tell her hey I just have that bottle of water right there. She was pleasant. But the service was extra slow today.

Long drive through and they had me wait in the reserved area….I just ordered a fish and fries. After watching people go, a young lady came up and apologized for the delay. When time was too long for me,another reservist and I went in. The staff was jumping it was so busy and the manager working his tail off helping out apologized to us both

The foods not great(it’s not bad, it’s just McDonald’s food like all the other locations) what really sets this place apart from the other one on Granada is the staff. Great bunch of people working this location. Very friendly.

Took 25 minutes to get a big breakfast and Frape’. I finally had to go to the window and ask for it thus forget about the table service when ordering in the app. I then had to ask for the Frappe to be filled the rest of the way as it was only about 4/5 full. They had no large available. Which is what I really wanted. No offer to do anything to compensate. Kids of an employee where playing video games and videos with audio in the dining area!

Manager needs to be FIRED. The slowest service ever. This McDonalds is close to my work, I only have a 1/2 hr lunch. Weighted in drive through for 20 min. While weighing 5 vehicles pooled out of line and left. Inside is not any better (trued that as well). This is one of there worst locations. FIRE THE MANAGER

I don’t understand how they can so consistently screw up curbside orders, making you wait longer than the line even is than when you get there. Just had an experience where we put in and order and sat at the no.3 for around 10 minutes, and because the inside is closed for renovations we had to go to the window, told to go through the whole line making my girlfriend late for work and she was laughed at by staff while walking away. Losers.
