The Chick-fil-A in Arnold, it is very nice and clean. There’s always best service. Plus you get your order out in a timely manner. It’s kind of tricky maneuvering in the parking lot but that’s just the way it was built.

Love chicken fil a and long time customers. However, just like everybody else, portions are getting smaller. The chicken breast in their sandwich is much smaller. Prices higher but getting much less. I don’t mind paying for increase but expect same portions.

Last 3 times I’ve ordered they have forgotten a Whole meal from my order, specifically mine! When I come there you don’t forget my food whats different about your attention and accuracy of online delivery orders??? Last time they forgot my breakfast so went to reorder it and guess what, no longer serving breakfast so I went to cracker barrel instead. I just think somebody putting together orders is seriously dropping the ball. I know your a busy restaurant and my one order here and there doesn’t matter to you but it’s truly a shame to have these problems. Put yourself in my shoes…how would you feel?

my mom and i had kylie as our order taker and she was so nice! it was our first time in the restaurant! she took our order and we were immediately brought our food and it was all correct AND it was all hot! literally record breaking time we were so happy with this experience. thank you kylie 😀

Went through the drive through today for lunch. It was fast and efficient as usual. The lemonade and fries were delicious and the fries were fresh and hot. The chicken nuggets were okay. Not as tasty as normal but still good.

Not very sanitary. Went in yesterday and the table looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a day. Went through the drive-through this evening and when we pulled up to the window, there were two girls at the shake machine. One was standing on a step stool throwing things and petting the other girls hair. Neither of them had gloves on. They made my husband and I’s shakes and when the girl that was standing in the step stool handed her one of our cups, the girl she handed it to ran her hand over her hair and took the cup by the rim (with her fingers inside the cup) and proceeded to make our shakes, we didn’t have time to complain, but we don’t want your fingers and hair in our drink. We threw them away when we got home. Sanitation PLEASE!! My Husband and I both have ServSaf certificates and I work in Restaurants for 20 years. I’m also germaphobic. The amount of violations I saw was ridiculous and disrespectful!

Best Chicken ever!! Mac and cheese is super cheesy. Waffle fries are crispy outside and soft inside with good texture.
