I dare to make this comment because this worker Lisa, a slightly older lady, treated me in such a cordial and friendly way that it changed the terrible day she was having. Great food. Nice ambience. Multiple cashiers, so no waiting to order. Prices seem a bit on the higher side. Location is very good. Right on Windward pkwy, so easily accessible by bus as well. It was a bit noisy inside( I dined in). But that was only due to some senior ( possibly back-office management) employees discussing loudly about something. Otherwise crowd was good – families, singles, friends etc. Feels a little bit cramped compared to the nearby McDonald’s but maybe that’s just me

Wonderful experience! We recently moved to the area, and we are thrilled to have such a great Chick-fil-A an exit away. We ordered on the app, and food was promptly brought to our table. Staff has always been super friendly. Food is delicious and hot. We were also greeted by the manager on duty.

Very dissapointed that they also now switched from an in person drive-thru experience to an intercom system. It took longer than normal to get through it last night. It has always been one of the reasons we loved them because you can talk to a person in person. It makes ordering so much easier.

No matter the location. Chick fil A has super high standards that are met at each location. The food being yummy is almost secondary to the kindness and decency given out with each meal.
