Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Very bad experience. Found a hair in my food. They sprinkle tiny pieces of bacon (Not on the cheese). Ordered a plain spicy chicken and they added cheese for some random reason. Terrible experience.

So I did not get to order any food. Let me preface this by saying the previous night I had no issues, walking inside at around 11:52 P.M. according to my previous receipt. But tonight, I walk in at approximately 10:50 P.M. an hour earlier than the previous night, and instead of being greeted calmly and applogetically, I am greeted by attitude with a, “The dining room is closed, we are only open for drive through.” as if I didn’t pass 2 people already seated and enjoying their meal. I am staying at a nearby hotel, if I wanted to drive the 100 feet to get fast food, I would not drive to whataburger, I would and now am going to drive to somewhere else to get food tonight. Strictly because of the attitude of one of your people.

I visited their location a while back, but I was very impressed with the supervisor. Great ability to recommend healthy options in addition to guiding me with the rest of the menu.

This is my personal and humble opinion, this store in specific is the one and only I will go ear not degrading other stores but this store in specific is very clean, most of the staff is very polite but is a very one person that make this store shine like a Gold and this person is Hilda she is very happy person her vibe is extremely comfortable and very authentic, ver energy high up the vibe of the place making the food to be digest with peace and happiness. They should make this person Employed of the month and bump her for management she will do a very good Job. I been there always at day time so.

The food was so good at Whataburger. Also, the customer service was amazing. The tables are clean and the floors are mopped. The bathroom itself was pretty clean for self paper towel rolls are full and there was no pee on the toilet seat. Food was very fresh fries are also hot. I would recommend everybody to come to this Whataburger in Irving Texas.

Anybody else think “Anthony” looks a LOT sketch? Hate to TAINT my post with that lost individual but hey sometimes people just don’t know…

Lennox is the real deal people pleaser. I have been coming to this whataburger location for 25+ years and have never had the care / accuracy he provides. I tell him every time I’m there that I appreciate his service but I had to reach out and tell the whata-bosses that he is the correct fabric for upper management. Everything is repeated and correct, he brings the order out and recites it exactly as it was ordered. Sauces always in the bag and never skips a beat with a smile on his face. Please recognize Lennox as one of the superb blessings that this location has stumbled upon. At the end of the day it’s “just fast food” but I have upped my visits to this location in vast increments due to the friendly nature of this individual. I called the store tonight to confirm his name and his manager already knew who I was talking about. Recognition is warranted here!!!! I have bragged to my mom and brothers that I finally found a whata-dude that I trust and that gets it right / speedy every time recently!

Wow! Best tasting Whataburger food we have had in years! All other Whataburgers in Arlington and Mansfield pale in comparison. I will go out of my way to eat at this one when I am that way. We had Breakfast foods in the drive through. They made us move up which I don’t love but the food was so fresh and great and not skimpy etc that I don’t mind moving up in the driveup and waiting. Lauren was the manager and I spoke to her to praise her store and her cooks. Thanks Lauren!

Avoid if you want a good customer experience. From the walk in, tables were dirty, napkins, receipts and paper straw wrappers were on several tables. At the counter the (wo)man just stared at me. No greeting and no smile and was visibly not wanting to provide good or any service. After getting the order incorrect the bad attitude worsened by just staring at me. @whataburger make the worst customer service employee be the face of the location? After I got my food the order was incomplete obviously due to the lack of listening at the counter. As far as the food, the meat and the fries were cold, the tea was missing tea and more like dirty water. There were no napkins, pepper, forks and the area was not clean as it had napkins and paper straw wrappers. Obviously, the dining room was not maintained I can only imagine the restrooms. @whataburger management you have plenty of opportunities for improvement in following processes, employee/management engagement, execution, and training. Good luck. We have options for better quality and customer service.
