They opened the window clicked the button that records how long I was there making it look like a 10 second order. In reality corporate should know they didn’t even say hello and sat me there with the open window for 7-10 mins. Appreciate the free ac 🙂

The food was good, and hot/fresh. I asked for three sauces in my bag with my nuggets. When I didn’t see it in there, upon being handed my bag, I asked the person at the second window, “Are there three sauces in the bag?” before I drove away. She gave me a nasty look and said “everything is in the bag. ” I pulled away, and sure enough, they weren’t in there. Had to park and go in and wait in line. The lady inside was very nice, though. I just don’t know why the one was so rude, I was just trying to resolve the problem before I drove away.

As a person who is highly allergic to onions even though I expressly let everybody know and ordered it plain my sandwich came with onions. They did make it right. But I had already waited 10 minutes for my sandwich to be made the first time. Was a very happy. I know they can do better.

Pulled over to grab some late breakfast and catch up with some day trading. Notebook needed a charge but there’s no outlets available. Then they overcharged me for my large coffee the app didn’t work manager had to override, then as I’m eating my food I almost chipped my tooth on this bone in the picture. Other than that everything else was pretty average little disappointed with this Ormond Beach facility.

I ordered a simple double cheeseburger, that’s it. It took 20 plus minutes. There’s no excuse for that garbage, and I don’t care how understaffed you are. Fix it, or at least let people know that they’re in for that much of a wait before they order.

I waited over 15 minutes for my order, along with 4 other people. I finally asked for a refund. The manager never apologized. When I asked what the delay was, she just said they were waiting on sausages. I asked why she couldn’t just tell us there would be a delay, and she said, “I’m not going back and forth with you.” There were 2 to 3 people at a time, just standing around doing nothing the whole time I was waiting. I have never before seen a McDonald’s where employees were not keeping busy all the time while customers were waiting to be served. The manager appeared to be intentionally trying to walk as slow as possible. There is a reason that they are called fast food restaurants. This manager clearly needs to be retrained or fired. She does not enjoy her job. Additionally, there was a man there waiting to get the Dr.Pepper dispenser refilled. They said they were doing it now. He asked about 10 minutes later, and they gave him the same answer. I think he finally just gave up and got something else. Oh wait, there’s more. While I was waiting, I used the bathroom. I bet you can guess the condition it was in. I was afraid that washing my hands in the sink would make them dirtier.

First time I’ve had McDonald’s in years!Ordered through door dash which was great. Older gentleman and very polite. I found a long hair in my ice cream had to spit out my first bite and throw the rest away. I always thought hairnets were required when preparing food. Apparently not here.
