Riscky’s BBQ has been around for over 94 years serving up the finest in mouth-watering ribs, BBQ sandwiches and chicken and so much more. The world renowned Riscky’s barbeque is hand-rubbed with “Riscky Dust” and slow smoked for hours. According to the folks that work at Riscky’s and the customers who frequent the restaurants, Riscky’s has become a legend in Texas barbeque.
This offshoot of the 1920s Stockyards original serves wood-smoked meats amid wagon-wheel decor.

I was definitely overcharged for one of my meals. The food has gone downhill for sure. The brisket sandwich was HORRIBLE!!! I hope that they can get it together. Their sides are nearly $4 each, and so not worth it. The restroom was decent. I’m so glad we didn’t order dessert. The waiter was nice, honest, and attentive.

At the end of a very long day, new to the area, looked for ribs and found Riscky’s. Ordered takeout of brisket bites, ribs, brisket, sides, and chocolate cake. Ribs and brisket were perfect! Chocolate cake left a bit of packaged flavor to it. Overall exceptional meal!!

I am a fan of Risky’s, but this is not our favorite location. It could’ve been an off night, but our service was not good and our server was training someone.

I loved the all you can eat ribs, and my wife had the all you can eat catfish and enjoyed them. The only complaints I might have was the service was slow the night we went, and the ribs could have been more tender, but I’m comparing it to my own slow smoked ribs, so it might not be a fair comparison. We will be back!

Service was great, usually great place. I wish they would dust some the stuff on the shelves and nick nacks and the ribs have been a little more dry and measly lately. The person taking care of our table did excellent and surprised me about how well he handled kids with us.
