Ordered take out. Really enjoyed the food and the staff. Met the owner. First time for us but has been around for a while. If you haven’t seen or heard of them. Check them out. The black bean burger for my wife was huge. A few bites and she was getting full. Said it was good. My mushroom burger, cooked medium well, was juicy, tasty, flavorful and filling. I enjoyed the wedge cut fries and jalapeño poppers. I see they had a food truck. If I see it out and about, I would grab something. Check out Sammy’s. A real nice place.

I went to Sammy’s with some coworkers the other day for lunch. Completely user error on our end as we came at noon with a large group and no reservations, so there was a bit of a wait.
Our server (whose name I forget) did an EXCELLENT job managing all her tables. It was her second day on the job and she was hosting, serving, and bussing her food all on her own in a full house! My original rating was 3 stars, but her service alone was so wonderful that I bumped it up to 4. The food itself was yummy! Absolutely no complaints in terms of quality. However, the pricing was a little insane. When you first see Sammy’s, you expect “dive-bar” prices if you will. Girl. These are no dive bar prices. $12 for a milkshake? $7 for just a side of fries? Insane work. If the portions were huge I would say it would be worth the expensiveness, but the portions are quite average-if not on the smaller side. I definitely would go here again BUT I advise anyone in this economy to prep accordingly. $20 for 6 little cheese balls was insane and had me stressing.

Best Burger in Cincinnati. Huge patty but cooked and seasoned perfectly. Exceptional staff. Seasoned fries pairs perfectly with the burger. A little on the pricier side but totally worth it. Men’s restroom sink needs repair but other than that, 10/10 experience. Wish they had a location on the west side.

Sammy’s Craft Burgers was a delightful surprise a short walk from the Hotel we are staying at.
I had the guacamole burger and my wife had the Cuban sandwich. My burger was cooked exactly as I requested it. It was delicious. The Cuban was excellent.

So I went here based off the thousands of reviews and high star rating. First off I will say that the service was great. He was very nice and attentive. All the toppings were good and fresh, and the garlic fries were really good. That being said, I was incredibly disappointed by the burger itself and also the price. The meat was terrible. It had this incredibly off taste, like a bottom of the barrel cafeteria burger, except I’ve had better burgers at a cafeteria. Then price was insane. 23 for the burger, 4 dollars for a fountain drink and 4 extra dollars for some garlic sauce on the fries. Ridiculous. With tip the experience cost me 42 dollars for a burger that I didn’t even like. I might go back and try some of the other things on the menu but I will stay far away from their burgers.

Had this place on my radar for a while. Stopped in while in town for work, I will 100% return! The burger was amazing and cooked to perfection, the staff was pleasant and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Don’t sleep on this place!

Best hamburgers ever! My official favorite burger joint here in Cincy. Like hands down so much flavor and they are the perfect portion. I got the Anthony burger with chorizo and it was so delicious. It came with street corn and fries to top it off. I loved it so much!
We also got some avocado tacos and they were pretty good. I was not really a fan of the tortillas but the filling was tasty still.
While the prices are pretty high for each entree, I think it’s worth it for a nice hearty burger and sides. The location was busy when we got there (which is great) and the decor inside gives the perfect burger joint vibes. They also have outdoor seating if you want.
I’ve heard that their shakes are fantastic and I saw multiple people order them near us so maybe next time I’ll get one to try.

Went back, brought the wife, and still delicious. Tried the bacon appetizer and it was heavenly.
