Absolute WORST McDonald’s EVER!!! Should absolutely be shutdown or a HUGE change in the employees there. When I order CURBSIDE, I expect CURBSIDE and if you can’t employ enough people to make that possible, it does NOT need to be an option on your app and if I WANTED to wait in the drive thru that was wrapped all the way around the building, I wouldn’t have ordered CURBSIDE. Yelling at me from the drive thru window that I need to now get in the drive thru is absolutely unacceptable and some of the WORST display of customer service ever. Let me tell you this hasn’t been the first time this has happened either because the last time, my daughter walked up to the EMPTY drive thru where she saw a worker after we had already been sitting there waiting on our food for 15 minutes. The worker was just flat out too LAZY to bring our food out. Is that the kind of attitude from fast food workers screaming give me $15/hr. Please. My first experience with mobile order on this app, I went to pick up dinner for my kids and after waiting and waiting, one of us walked up to the drive thru to see what was going on and a worker told us they were closed for some type of “cleaning” and that we shouldn’t have been able to place our order. Well, we were and we got NO food and NO refund. This was around 8-8:30 on a Sunday night. . Just like you say the ice cream machine is always “broken.” Right. All in all, I definitely should’ve learned my lesson before the third time but I won’t make that mistake again. ✌ ✌ ✌

Today, the service was poor. I ordered my food. Some of it was wrong and the coffe was not ready. They asked me to wait. I did for 30 min. in my car. Finally I went in and still had to wait for corrected food order and coffee. It took me an hour to recieve “fast food”. Also, they never have ice cream, for like several years. The machine is apparently always broken.

The staff were more interested in other things then waiting on us. They made us use the kiosk rather than taking our order, and there were atleast 6 people working there. They were really rude. I will never go back there.

Food orders were correct but my coffee order was not. I ordered a sugar free coffee and received one that had lots of sugar in it. Unfortunately I did not know it till we had left the restaurant. I am diabetic and could not drink it.

At 8pm the lobby doors were locked… approximately 7 cars in the drive thru and it took every bit of 35 mins to get a mc chicken and fries… I even got pulled up to wait.
