This place has the worst service I have encountered to date at a McDonalds . Team members don’t even acknowledge customers waiting to order or pick up. If you try to speak to them they walk to the back. The photos show a mobile order I was there to pick up. I don’t know if you can make it out,but yes my food was put in a bag that has foot print on it. It had obviously been on the floor !!!! Said something and they didn’t respond or acknowledge I was speaking

Ordered 7 breakfast burritos at 1030am and they didn’t want to make more since breakfast was almost over and said they only had 3 left for the rest of the day. One, you’re telling me they’ve been sitting there since you won’t pull anymore out; two, just quit being lazy make a few more it’s a fast food place food gets made. I ordered the Cardi B and Offset meal and none of the people in the drive-thru knew what the orange drink that was advertised was. They said all they have is Fanta orange. If you advertise a meal you are supposed to have what is listed or train your employees on what to say instead of they don’t know what I am talking about.

Fast food is measured to its own set of guidelines. Food is hot, cooked thoroughly, and tastes as expected. The staff in this franchise have been great with customer service. They do get very busy. And the inside play space is clean for kids to play.

I don’t usually go to McDonald’s at all but the breakfast sandwiches (sausage, egg and cheese) are outstanding. Very little grease, hot muffin bread with tasty egg and cheese at a good temperature, I’ve been missing out for real. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful with my order. I have to try the burgers and fish next.
