I ordered 45$ worth of food at 8pm. As a fast food manager myself the way the employees handled themselves was highly inappropriate. First they talked crap about how big my order was, then I was offered attitude when my order was ready the girl sat it on the counter and walked off. I had to wait for another employee to acknowledge me so I could ask for my drinks. The girl that did hand me my food saw me waiting and walked by me and rolled her eyes. All of my food was not fresh! My 10 years olds spicy chicken patty was so old it couldn’t even be torn apart and her fries looked like they weren’t cooked all the way. I had the tiniest piece of chicken in my wrap. Which I order all the time and never had this problem. My other child said her nuggets from her kids meal were cold and hard. My oldest daughter had customized sandwiches that we paid extra for nothin was customized. Like I’m not understanding why it’s so difficult?

McDonald’s corporate needs to crack down on all the hinesville stores. For some reason employees think it’s acceptable to mark delivery orders as ready, when they are not ready. They do this to make their numbers look on time but don’t realize they are screwing over delivery drivers. Absolutely pathetic that employees and managers do this

If negative stars was an option this place would get that. Waited over 25 minutes for our food when the place wasn’t busy only for the food to come out wrong. Ordered a bbq bacon burger and came out with no bacon. Wife ordered a mcchicken with mayo and came out with no mayo. No ice for the drinks, no tea in the dispenser. Asked for ice and they didnt have any at all.

I came here to pick up a doordash, and noticed so much. they do not care, nobody was helpful, especially the manager. waited for 30 minutes before unassigning myself from the order. horrible customer service. also noticed 3 people who already ordered and paid for milkshakes and when their order came out and they didn’t receive them, they were told “the machine is down sorry”

Ordered 2 happy meals and was never told they were out of stock of anything. No boxes and no toys. Thats literally half the cost of the meal and the real reason people order them. My husbands meal was incorrect as well. The staff member we interacted with was very rude and too busy flirting with guys to do her Job.

Delivery order was delayed over 45 minutes while delivery person waited. Once Dasher finally had order, they delivered it promptly but food still arrived cold. Not even close to warm….cold. Not sure what the delay could have been if they weren’t actively cooking it to order. Ordered 2 large fries and neither were close to full. If I had paid more attention to which McDs it was, I never would have placed the order. From previous experience, this location can’t get an order correct that you place in person. Just avoid this one.

Literally ordered $40 worth of food got cold, stale french fries completely forgot the extra sauces that I ordered and missing two McChicken‘s is ridiculous maybe hire better employees who give a crap about thier job.

This place has the worst service I have encountered to date at a McDonalds . Team members don’t even acknowledge customers waiting to order or pick up. If you try to speak to them they walk to the back. The photos show a mobile order I was there to pick up. I don’t know if you can make it out,but yes my food was put in a bag that has foot print on it. It had obviously been on the floor !!!! Said something and they didn’t respond or acknowledge I was speaking
