Ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins and I received 2 sausage and cheese mcmuffins!! I tried calling this store back for 2 hours and noone would answer the phone. I finally gave up trying to reach a manager. I also was asked to pull around in the drive thru to the front of the store. We waited 10 minutes for our order. The food was hot when it finally came out but the order was wrong! This Mcdonalds can and should do better………..

This McDonald’s is pretty nice. The floor is very slick though so walk with caution lol. Staff are pretty nice. Some people that come in there are a little sketchy but hey, fun entertainment.

While this can be a very busy place the customer service is amazing. The staff took care of us despite the rush. The kids were able to play in the kids area and everything was fairly clean. We will def be making more trips here especially during the summer months.

5:16 am on Saturday morning and I’m still waiting to place my order in the drive thru. I wasn’t able to place my order until 5:21am. Please update the operating hours if you cannot manage your posted hours. The Person working the second window seemed very upset that I was there. Their daminer gave me the impression that I probably should eat the food in fear something had been done to it. Probably won’t be coming back.

They had a promotional deal today. For some reason the promotion would not ring up correctly. I politely asked for a manager to see if we could figure out why the promotion didn’t work. I was met with hostility, impatience, and total lack of knowledge caring on how to operate there system. After she told me “That is just how it is!” and “I don’t control the computer system!” as well as “I am short staffed and don’t have time to deal with this.” I finally said I would pay the non promotional price and if I could please get the district number and her name. She told me the number is on the bottom of the receipt and she wasn’t going to give me her name. I eventually found it out. Though I won’t say here. She should really rethink management and how you treat people.

Ordered a large quarter pounder (2.a) no cheese no pickles large Dr Pepper large fry. Received medium fry, medium Dr Pepper, quarter pounder had no cheese no pickles AND NO LETTUCE OR TOMATO, just the burger, bun, and ketchup. Received no receipt. So frustrating. Pay your workers better and get better service. Come on.

I took my elderly parents because they enjoy the breakfast. I went through the drive thru, and my mom 91 year old mom with dementia was acting out. The young ladies in the window showed true compassion for my mom and I. They allowed her to order additional items at the window. I thank them because in mom’s confusion, she didn’t believe I had ordered correctly. I thank them for their patience and compassion.
