It took 20mins to get our food and when we went up there to ask how much longer, it was just sitting on the back counter the whole time and didn’t even say our number. And when we opened the boxes they looked like they just threw it in there and it was cold. Service is terrible.

They are SUPER slow. We watch ten plus people leave before we got our bag, all three the drive through. When we were at the window they tried to give us the wrong bag and was asking if we ordered what was in the bag, while unloved digging and shifting everything in the bag. We had to go in and ask them where it was then waited an additional few minutes like they forgot.

I’ll start off by saying, it’s McDonald’s the food is what you expect. There’s no communication between any of them. There was barely that many customers but for the wait for a curbside to be ~24 mins is insane. I wanted to cancel the order but with the app they won’t allow you to cancel once the order has been “started”. After leaving my vehicle to come inside I tried to get the attention of a few workers to grab my order (which was in plain sight) and the one friendly guy (I think he was a cleaner) in there finally got them to give it to me.

Everyday my fiancé goes through the drive through for two coffees. One is supposed to be a caramel iced coffee. Easy enough… these guys apparently don’t know what caramel is because it is NEVER in my coffee. He has had to turn around so many times it’s unreal. I called the manager today to only get a very rude male who claims to be a manager. He is part of the problem and sadly we don’t have many more choices in this town. Training your people to make the orders isn’t too hard if you are a GOOD manager. It’s straight coffee so strong you cannot drink it!!!!! Three years of bad coffee rant over!
