Glennville McDonald’s was the absolute worst one I have ever been to. We waited over 30 minutes for a simple order which included a small vanilla shake and she finally told me that their ice cream machine was down. Was it not down when they took my order and my money? I asked for my money back and for a copy of the receipt stating it was reimbursed and that lady said she had to keep one copy. I told her I understood but needed my copy as proof and for the survey number. They had several workers there, but they couldn’t get a simple order!

It is one of the worse resturants in Valdosta. The night shift is rude and has an “I don’t care” attitude. The food is usually old and cold. The employees don’t explain or help you with any questions you may have. They are extremely slow due to lack of staff. The employees seem like they want the check but don’t want to produce quality service. It’s a shame to see how customer service has gone out the window just to have a number moving around.

About the worst design I’ve ever seen for a McDonald’s drive-through. And if you’re looking for slow service, this is the place for you. Don’t expect anything quickly. And be ready to go back in to get the items they didn’t put in the bag.

The McDonald’s in Glennville, Ga has some of the WORST, RUDEST, MOST DISRESPECTFUL management I have ever come across. They have one specific manager named Lillie Thomas who just does not accommodate the customer. I paid for extra caramel in my iced coffee and when it was made wrong by Lillie Thomas she refused to remake it the right way. Lillie Thomas attempted to force me to pay for her to fix something that she messed up in the first place. She asks that customers come in when their order is wrong just for her to treat them with disrespect and try to charge them to fix the mistakes. Lillie Thomas has also tried to argue with me about my sauce not being in the bag just because she claimed “she put it in there herself” when it in fact was not there. Lillie Thomas also closes McDonald’s at random hours at her convenience.

Everyday my fiancé goes through the drive through for two coffees. One is supposed to be a caramel iced coffee. Easy enough… these guys apparently don’t know what caramel is because it is NEVER in my coffee. He has had to turn around so many times it’s unreal. I called the manager today to only get a very rude male who claims to be a manager. He is part of the problem and sadly we don’t have many more choices in this town. Training your people to make the orders isn’t too hard if you are a GOOD manager. It’s straight coffee so strong you cannot drink it!!!!! Three years of bad coffee rant over!
