The food here is so good, but they’ve been severely understaffed both times we’ve been here over the past few months.
Last night, it took an hour and 10 minutes for our food to come (just two entrees) and no updates were provided at any point until I approached the kitchen to check and see what was going on.
The waiter is super kind but just seems so overwhelmed. Additionally, it felt like they were prioritizing take out orders over the people at the restaurant (which wasn’t even entirely full). So lots of potential but really need to fix their staffing overall.

Great place to eat. Food was tasty and service was good too. Tofu was a bit bland but its tofu lol. But the sauces and flavors of the other dishes we tried were delicious.

This is really upsetting can you even tell the difference in what I ordered? We have been eating at this restaurant for atleast over 10years. They must have new owners and cooks because the quality of the food is terrible and does not even taste like Thai food. This was the most bland and disappointing dinner we have ever experienced here. We really try to keep supporting our “local neighborborhood” restaurants but $50 for this. We will be finding a new home for our Thai food.

I was initially drawn in by the bubble tea neon sign. To offer a time of day, this was shortly past 5pm and unfortunately the bubble tea was deeply flawed by the tapioca pearls. 80% of them were inedible due to hard centers. They also were dissolving and coloring the drink more than I’m used to.
I ordered their Beef Pho to go (they don’t offer a variety where you get to pick brisket, flank, tripe, etc to be noted). They fall into the category of combining sauces into one single to-go cup, which isn’t useful cause I like to have my own ratio.
The quantity of protein was fantastic, a little short on jalapeno slices as well as basil leaves – the broth was also darker than what I’m used to seeing (I love Pho). While I wouldn’t write off the restaurant (the menu has a ton of variety to try), but I would not recommend for the bubble tea and Pho lovers.
