Honestly, the reason that McDonald’s fails to provide good customer service and good food is because of the quality of staff. They hire too many teenagers that don’t care about customer service or providing quality food. The only reason McDonald’s is still open is because of affordability. The food was okay but I can tell it was not fresh. When you go to McDonald’s, it can either be a hit or miss. And this was a miss.

I’ve stopped here a few times over the last couple of months. I always order ahead through the app. All of the female employees are rude… the men are respectful. One woman in particular didn’t even acknowledge me when I asked how she was doing. I’ve had enough of this place. The McDonald’s in Carrollton on N. Park St. Is far superior.

Managers, DM, GM, Whoever is hiring for this location… Get your ish together. The girl working drive thru with the short hair and even shorter attitude should NEVER be in a customer facing position. She is absurdly rude and genuinely unqualified to speak to other human beings. SERIOUSLY. If you gotta hire all teenagers, that’s fine. But it doesn’t take a rocket scientist. Do better.

It’s Friday night 11:15 pm and they are closed. I search online and it says the store closes at 12:00 am. I was trying to ask them why it’s close but they just stared at me. I wonder if their manager knows they are closing earlier than they have to.

Terrible service. Extremely rude employees. There is no telling how long you will wait on your food. Every time I visit they either forget something or I wait over half an hour for a burger. My most recent visit has made me decide to never eat here again. When I walked in the restaurant I could hear the employees shouting profanities because a customer asked if they spoke spanish. The employees treated me and the other customer like we were an inconvenience. On this visit I ordered a large fry. It was hot but it was something I had to wait for. I can’t recommend this location for anyone.

I ordered a mobile order. When we got there the restaurant was “closed”. They let us inside and the employees along with the manager were very rude and not helpful. They refused to give us a refund or food and laughed and joked about it. It was a horrible experience and if I could I would give 0 stars.
