I visited McDonald’s located in 9140 Palmetto,GA 30268. ordered the Grinch Meal Box, expecting it to come in the special box as advertised. Instead, they handed me the meal in a regular bag. When I politely asked for the actual box, the staff were rude and dismissive.

If a promotional item is being advertised, customers should receive it—or at least be spoken to respectfully. This experience was disappointing, and I hope the store improves both its service and communication with customers.

Placed an online order through the app to pick up in the drive-thru. I was immediately pulled up when I reached the drive-thru window. Literally 15 minutes later my two double cheeseburgers come out in a bag and the girl asked me if I had fries…… Did I have fries you ask? Of course I had fries, two large fries. After another 10 minutes I received my fries. Absolutely absurd.

If i could give them zero stars, I would. My order was incorrect.I was told that I had to come inside to reorder the food that was left off of my drive through order. I had a 2 hour drive home. And it took an additional 20 minutes inside to get a 2 cheeseburger meal. These people are very unprofessional and very rude.And I think that them making me come inside and wait was just them being nasty. Never again.Will I visit this place and I hope other people see this review.

I literally just pulled out of the parking lot… ridiculous! I was asked to pull up to the railing for someone to bring out my order. I waited 10 minutes, could have been more for ONE cheeseburger! When I asked if the could give me a courtesy fry, they did not.

The first time going here, there was a smart young girl taking orders, then went back with a friend s couple weeks later then the manager got smart with her…ZOO!!!!

Ordered a breakfast plater they added cheese on the eggs (I didn’t ask for) the sausage was cold and the biscuit was extremely hard. It was like it was just sitting after someone else ordered it and changed their mind. The worker was rude and having a bad day I guess. I would avoid this location if possible.

Just the worst McDonald’s ever. Slow. Incorrect orders. Cold food. So much attitude (with the occasional exception). And today, the guy at the drive through window had the worst case of gunky conjunctivitis ever—should not have been touching food! Never again.

Honestly, the reason that McDonald’s fails to provide good customer service and good food is because of the quality of staff. They hire too many teenagers that don’t care about customer service or providing quality food. The only reason McDonald’s is still open is because of affordability. The food was okay but I can tell it was not fresh. When you go to McDonald’s, it can either be a hit or miss. And this was a miss.

Can’t even give this place a -1. Had to self order my food and when they got it wrong I went an mention it and all a got was a very disrespectful purple hair telling me that was what I ordered which it wasn’t then when asked who the franchise owner was she just walked off and wouldn’t even acknowledged me. Terrible service and terrible purple haired employee. This dive needs training on customer service for sure. I think this place has made it very clear don’t eat at McDonalds with the disrespect I get from most McDonalds no wonder it is fight capital

Zero stars! I paid for an order on the mobile app this morning and got charged for an item that I couldn’t get because it was out of stock then I get home and the chicken biscuit I ordered is black!! I would never serve anything like this to anyone not even my worst enemy. This is disgusting
