Another home run for B-Dubz, but today, an unexpected surprise… Reno/Sparks absolute BEST server Beatriz was there today!!!
Came in around 3pm for some food and cocktails to beat the after work rush, and upon entering she was there to greet us, and naturally had her seat us in her area. She’s waited on us for years, here and Claim Jumpers, before the shutdown. If you want a top notch experience, ask for her and sit in her section!

I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sammich and fries tossed in desert heat rub. I ordered it with extra sauce, and got the EXACT messy, flavored filled sammich I wanted. The fries were hella good too. Everything hot and fresh. The wife ordered the classic chicken wrap. Got full after eating 1/2 of it, so I finished it off.. Super good, as well.
SO glad we came here instead of outback. It was great catching up with an old friend, and again knocked it outta the park with the food and service!

The food here is always disgusting and cold here. It never seems fresh and the nachos are not good. Juan i believe was his name was a great server and bartender. Does know how to make good drink and definitely has great customer service. It is clean in this restaurant and its always packed but doesn’t seem that people eat the food very much. Food not recommended but drinks are good.

Jaret was our waiter today. He is doing an amazing job. He was smiling the entire time we were dinning. Our order came right in time and the food was delicious . I recommend to request to eat here with Jaret being your waiter. He will make your day. I’m going to recommend his services every time you want to hit Bdubs. I wish this to be read by his manager. I truly hope Jaret gets the recognition he deserves. God bless America!

Our waitress was amazing. Her name was Nyala I believe. However it was ridiculous that my husbands food came out and 15 minutes pass and I’ve yet to get my food. I was given the excuse it’s busy which isnt an excuse. Especially when a table right next to us that arrived after got their food no problem.

We sat at the bar. Bartender was fast and attentive with our order. Our food was ready fast, compared to other Buffalo wild wings restaurants we have gone. Restaurant was clean and everyone was attentive.

The beer was good. The burger was good. The fries were kind of cold. The burger, fries, and desert were served on paper. The service was kind of slow. The place was clean. It’s pricy for what you get. I spent more than $50 with the tip for 1 beer, 1 burger w/fry, and a piece of really cold cheesecake.

I’ve been coming here for a year almost every Friday and Alex at the bar has always been so amazing behind the bar!! Every staff member has been so nice!! Beers are always cold food is always great!! Alex definitely deserves a raise!!

Absolutely mad. Ordered dinner for my brother and I it showed up dry hard wings calories tots and wings tots were like they set under a gas station heat lamp all day. Wings were the same condition. 60 bucks for burned dry old food. I usually eat here for the chocolate cake. Ive spent more on their cake than anyone in the country I guarantee. Im getting a new cake supply just because of how bad this food was. It wasn’t edible at all. Should have got chicken nuggets from Macdonalds

yesterday I order Togo and waited almost and hour for 15 wings mind you it wasn’t busy at all there was only 5 tables. There was a lot of employees working nun of them bothered to even ask or check. I waited 20 minutes to even get acknowledge by the Togo staff. After she tells me that it’s gonna be few more minutes. I go to my car and wait 15 more minutes and I come back to see if finally my order is done. And again waited 15 more minutes to even get acknowledge again. After that the girl that was at Togo comes out and gives me my order so many red flags happened that I check my order in the car and I was missing my cheesecake and and the fries were old and super hard second of all our flavor were messed up and didn’t even get my carrots. So I went back inside so ask for my cheesecake and again waited 10 minutes for someone to come out after that the manger came out of the kitchen and asked if everything was okay and I told her I was missing my cheesecake and she’s like I will go let someone know and walked away. Mind you I’m a manger at a restaurants the right thing to do is give an apology. She didn’t even bother. the girl came out with my cheesecake with an attitude didn’t bother to apologies or anything. Okay whatever I finally got my food I get home and open my boxes of wing and then I ended up finding a hair on my food totally disgusting. I don’t recommend this place at all.
