Food was great, staff friendly. The only reason for 4 stars, is the fact they got my order wrong. They forgot two breakfast sandwiches on my order. Other than that can’t complain to much.

Doesn’t give you what you order and make you wait an excessive amount of time if you ask them to correct their error. It felt very intentional and no apology was given. Just pull over and we will bring it out. Well after 15 minutes of waiting on fries, I decided to leave because I was going to be late for an appointment.

Not much crowded. Children’s play area is available. Service was worst. They didn’t add any sauce to the order. When I went back and asked why there was no sauce added to our order. She was very cool and replied that we don’t have stocks, only Ranch is available!!!

If I could rate this a -5 I would! Had to wait 45 mins and then flag someone down to ask about my order. They took my receipt to even start my order so had to wait longer to which At least 3 other people coming back up to the counter with wrong orders. Finally got mine and mine was wrong. They even forgot the sugar in my iced coffee! WORST PLACE EVER! Never ordering there again. Manager acted like she didn’t care what was going on. Teenagers run this place no wonder it sucks!

As far as McDonald’s go, this one needs work. We had a simple order and it took 20 minutes to get our food. It wasn’t busy and they did seem to be understaffed.

I am a loyal McDonald’s customer. This was probably my worst experience. They completely forgot my order! I ordered through the app, pulled through to get my drink was told to pull forward and I sat there for 10 minutes before someone asked what I was waiting on. They had to recreate my entire order. I also ordered a large mocha frappe. They brought me a small caramel. I said, I definitely ordered the mocha – get this- the guy (who’s the only decent human being at this location btw) who brought it to me even told the staff I ordered a mocha and they said no, it rang up as caramel and made it the wrong way anyway instead of confirming!

The manager that took my order to redeem a free large caramel frappe did it worng and said I owe the price of the frappe. She did not want to honor my redeem coupon on the app. So, anyway, I did my own by mobile order one to redeem one for free. They honored it that way and did not admit theif mistake of making me to pay for it. They gave it to me for free, did not give me a straw and I had to ask for one. They gave me the frappe along with a straw and I did not get a friendly thank you and have a nice day. This McDonald’s is the worst in customer service and taking orders. I will not be returing at all!!!

I dont even know where to begin. The burgers were wrapped inside out with the wrapper. The sauce was sloppy as hell. I will not be returning and i dont advise anyone to go here. All of the employees were high as hell and they were acting dlow as hell.
