It’s an armpit BP Gas Station with McD’s attached. GRIMY, old place with ALL RESTROOMS CLOSED.
The grime and closed facilities are no problem for the unconcerned workers.

I went through the drive-thru and was told only McCrispys and Big Macs were available. I ordered one of each. I received the food also waited at the window for 10 minutes to be ready so we didn’t leave till around 12:55 AM and headed home. While eating with my uncle, he took a bite of the McCrispy and immediately noticed it was completely raw and uncooked on the inside—only the outer breading had been somewhat fried. This was extremely alarming, as undercooked chicken poses a serious risk for salmonella and other foodborne illnesses.

I immediately returned to the restaurant with the sandwich. The person I believe to be the night shift manager barely looked at it, stated, “It’s raw,” threw it in the trash, and casually asked if I wanted to wait six minutes for nuggets. I declined and asked for a refund, but she told me the registers were already turned off since they were closing at 1 AM.

There was no apology, no concern, and no acknowledgment of the seriousness of what just happened. My uncle could have gotten seriously sick or worse had we not noticed in time.

I am extremely disappointed by both the food safety failure and the lack of appropriate customer service or accountability from the staff. This situation needs to be addressed seriously, not only with a proper refund but with retraining for food safety and customer service.

Please let me know how this will be handled. I am going to be reporting this incident to the local health department due to the risk involved and the negligence of this situation!!!

The service is the worst. They don’t provide drink cups. Yet, they act so proudly. No one tells you, and they don’t update your order. The staff is so slovenly and indifferent. Their service awareness is next to zero.

The staff here is always nice but the manager who works Saturday mornings is just the best. She always goes way above and beyond to make any problems right. I don’t know her name but i hope they are aware of what an awesome employee they have on their hands.

How is it possible that you wait over 20+ minutes for your food while ordering on the app and your food still come out cold and they also forget some of the items. Now have to wait another 20+ minutes for some fresh food. This will be my last time EVER coming to this McDonald’s. Someone need to come here and get this McDonald’s together ASAP!! If not they will be losing A lot of customers.

Worst McDonald’s EVER! Was inside waiting for an order for over 20 mins and I was watching all the employees, they all were running around here and there ignoring the front counter! I’ve worked in fastfood and all the employees had stations and had to stay there and do their jobs! Not here. One person starts the order and 2-3 others try to finish it, no wonder stuff is missing from orders. Managers are just as bad except 1 wish I knew her name, shes short and younger. But one manager i delt with last night came out screaming about DoorDash orders…not very professional. If you’re overwhelmed, stop taking orders, don’t complain about it especially in front of your employees and customers! Advice to anyone coming through Locust Grove and wanting McDonald’s, Avoid this exit or go through Drive Thru….they at least pay a little more attention to Drive Thru orders. If you do stop by, Good Luck and hope you have some time to wait 20+ mins for your order!

I just ordered three cups of coffee. But I had to wait more than 15 minutes. They probably roast fresh coffee beans and serve them when you order. At first glance, there were more than six people working there, but they were gathered together and chatting, and it was only when I urged them that they gave me my order. This is a place I would not recommend to anyone.

We use the McDonald’s app to order our breakfast and ended up waiting nearly an hour to just request a refund because the order never came out. The lobby is crowded and the energy is high in terms of disappointment because customers are tired of waiting and so are we. Now the crew started making lunch orders and neglecting the breakfast orders that were in before 10:30am. The staff seems unbothered by the customer dissatisfaction. If you ask me, seems like the owner needs to check management and the current staff because this is ridiculous. The drive-through line is just as long. Where is the efficiency? Where is the accuracy? Where is the quickness?

I didn’t need dinner but I did need air conditioning. I stopped here and while the air conditioning was working, the restaurant needs a lot of help.

– No toilet paper in the men’s room.
– Overflowing trash can in the men’s room.
– The exit door alarm was in the Playplace was blaring and didn’t stop.
– Fries were severely underdone.
– The bottle of water I bought was frozen solid.

A super nice young lady brought my meal over and I let her know about the men’s room. She apologized for the water and returned with a large soda cup filled with water and a straw. A sweet touch.
