Went around 10 on a Thursday. They claimed to be 100% out of fries and couldn’t make any more despite having a whole hour til close. Having ordered 2 large orders of fries I requested a refund. The cashier was extremely rude and tried to get out of doing it. I’m not paying for fries I’m not getting. Rest of the food was cold and not worth it. Seems the whole staff is rude based on other reviews. Never usually have an issue at any other location, seems this one just hires bad staff.

Ordered 2 large frappes, nearly 10.00 for both. They filled cups half with frappe and the rest with whip cream. I mentioned to server it was a medium in sarge cup. She argued with me and got the manager who also argued with me. For 10.00 I expect what I’m paying for. Not going back.

So I’m at Mcds again 8/18. Another paying customer.. n In the video u see I’m the only dine-in customer I checked the outlets and saw that they were off. So I respectfully asked the young lady can she turn the outlet on. The manager over heard me asking her. And he rudely out loud n said ” they off for a reason so people don’t sit in to charge them phones and devices. ” The young lady behind the counter said ” but he is a paying customer”. He said ” and so”. My thing is I can see if it’s rush hr u had as ALOT of customers in the line or in the dining area. But again from the video I’m the only besides another Mcds employee. I do believe I’m in title to that service because not only am I a paying customer but that is a safety issue. And emergency can happen and I’m unable to use my phone because he wants to feel might and use authority for getting about customer service. My experience now put me as I do not want to eat here ever again because he don’t believe in performing absolutely at the highest level of customer satisfaction. And this also sad because I used to work here 2007-2008. And I knew I gave 1000% customer satisfaction services. 5x when we got shop I was on the register 10000% and my normal position was the grill. I have done every position floor except assistant manager or manager. I’m shocked how he would treat his own kind a brother as well as I.. they saying is u treat those how u want to be treated. It’s sad we never want lift our brother and sisters up. We always looking down and killing our own kind. We will never make it in this world like that.

This is definitely one of the worst places to visit for anything. The attitudes of the workers are beyond ridiculous and IGNORANT. Not all of course. Definitely 2 of them! I wouldn’t feed my dog, food served by such nasty attitudes and character! Why be so vile acting? Do better or learn a trade that doesn’t require you to actually service people. Definitely go to a different McDonald’s…for anything!

We ended up being told to go wait and parking lot one. We sit there for over 15 minutes. And finally, the guy came out with our order. And the bag was wide open, so it was easy to see that. My large fries were not even filled halfway up. When I asked him what was up with that? He looked at me smiled and walked off. I saidWhat are you doing? He walked away went in the store and persisted to talk about me as I walked in to try to get my order fixed. Like some imature child.

No one at the order register, so used the kiosk. At the end, it says grab a table tent and enter the number “54”, and your food will be delivered to your table. No paper receipt came out. Sat at the table a long time. Other people were getting their food. Someone kept yelling 680. Finally went to the counter, there was my order. Why the hell do you tell me to enter the 54 from the tent, not give me a receipt, not bring my food, then call 680? What a pis poor system to serve customers. We will not be back, particularly since Chick-fil-A is right next door.

Today I signed up for rewards and the girls that work there are so sweet, unfortunately the manager that worked this morning was totally unprofessional and should not be working there. I asked for help because I didn’t know how the app worked so I was told to drive through again and I did then the manager came to the window cussed me out all because I asked what to do

I am giving a 3 as the food was very good but not one single contact said “Thank You” … maybe they do not understand the concept of a customer is why you have a job … make them feel good and be appreciative and they will come back … you get to keep working ‍♀️ Sad as the food was very good and prob why they had a 96 rating! I thought the lady at the windows taking Mindy was so down as everyone else was talking and having fun, while she was all alone. Then I got to the window where the talkers were and both ladies were there but no one said Thank You ‍♀️I even asked for a pack of mayo and thanked her to see if that would matter and sadly it was not. Customer service is what makes a business successful! Hope someone sees this and shares with your team how easy it is to greet your customer and thank them for their purchase!

Bad mouthing McDonald’s is like – why bother – but why not! Two sides to the ugly coin, 1. The suck level of this particular location 2. The suck level of the corporation. This location, rude, slow, employees with a 100% don’t give a _uc_ attitude. I could order a cup of ‘water’ and they’d ask me to pull up to space to wait for it to be deilvered; and it ain’t a guick wait! I only stop at this location, seldomly, due to it’s location and every single time I’m asked to wait and the food comes out ‘COLD’ and 9 of 10 times they short an item. If their ‘chicken’ neighbor can deliver hot fast good food with a smile and a ‘my pleasure’ response every single time then McCruds could darn well do the same! That don’t give a _uc_ attitude bleeds down hill from a corporation that is selling wildly over-priced items and obviously sees the customer as little more than a dollar sign. How much for a “Filet-o-Might be fish”…it’s insanity! Again, Chick-fil-A has ‘spanked’ the enitre fast food industries back-side and demonstrated it is not only possible to make profitable quality food but treat the customer properly every single time. Even if it’s fake smile and sentiment – which I don’t believe that’s the case – they do it politely with out fail! YES, the fast food industry pays poorly, it’s hard to find good employees these days, everybody gets that! But again, if a small Georgia based family company, can find good employees – train them well – serve good hot food ‘quickly then what is McDonald’s excuse! You have ‘none’… and any response short of overhauling the company from ground up would just be more excuses. At some point the consumer is going to have to say enough is enough and just stop doing business with McDonald’s. The consumer must speak with their wallet! It’s less convenient but there are many local ‘burger shops’ all over the country eager to make and sell you a decent burger…next time help a small business and give them a try!
