Aht Aht! Don’t ever visit this location! I live extremely close, so I’ve been here more times than any sensible person, but I’ve had only 1 pleasant visit, which was with a lady that only worked here briefly. They close whenever they want. They always say, “the system is down.” They will give you an Apple pie in the strawberry pie box after you’ve paid for a strawberry pie. The fries are ALWAYS hard/overcooked (presumably redropped). They will neglect to give you sauce with your nuggets, but charge you an arm and a leg for mac sauce on your burger. They ALWAYS pull you up to wait once you get to the window where you collect your food. They do this so that the lengthy wait that customers are having do not register as such with the McDonald’s system of sensors. No accountability. On last night’s visit, I ordered a filet o fish. They usually barely put any tartar sauce on it, so I paid for extra, thinking they would be reasonable. I am attaching photos of the disaster they served to me. Take a look. Smh

I ordered a #3 large with an extra large fry fresh. The young lady taking orders and at the first window was extremely nice and polite, the girl at the second window was extremely rude. I got the order, extra fry wasn’t in. I let her know that there were two fries, she slammed the window, went and got the other fry and closed the window again. As you can see from the picture, the burger was extremely old and dry, literally had crunchy edges like a brownie. On top of ordering at 9:37 and not getting my order until 9:58. All that time waiting and still got old food. Even the ONE of the orders of fries were old and crunchy… ridiculous

The ONLY McDonald’s in this area out of THREE visited today that had the Grimace shake my daughter wanted to try. The others being lazy and pretending their shake machines don’t work so we ordered nothing from them and then tried this one. Good job at doing your job and not disappointing the children!
