What can you say about McDonald’s. If you like McDonald’s this place was fine. I love the ability to buy via the app and a lot of deals via the app. It was really busy so service was slow. And of course no one beats their fries.

Sometimes when I’m working away from home, I’ll get a hankering for a Big Mac. Fortunately, no matter where you are in the world, that cholesterol filled fat rocket tastes exactly the same. Unfortunately, the service is the same too. Wanna ice cream? Hell nah. Order at this robot, we’ll get you (eventually). Wanna pay with federal currency? Not here you won’t, Cards only. Want it fast? Not anymore. Wanna large? Are you sure? Are you positive? You don’t wanna upgrade? (Robot will literally ask you 4 times) Oh, well you’re getting a large cup anyway cause that’s all they got. I’m convinced that if Ray Kroc ate at McDonald’s today, he’d shut it all down and start over.

Avoid this one. They’re understaffed. I placed our order on one of the 2 kiosks that actually works. We’ve been waiting an eternity and I’m not even sure our order is coming since the order # isn’t on the board. My kids will probably die of starvation. Don’t even think about going over to the Denny’s next door- it’s just as bad; we just came from there!

We stopped here for breakfast. It was super busy. The machines were down so we had to get in the long line to order. I got the egg McMuffin. It tasted like it should. Service just sucked.

It’s McDonald’s. What else can you really say. The food is pretty much identical from location to location, so I guess consistency is a positive. This particular location is very clean and the person at the window was friendly. It would be really nice if they had a few healthy options on their menu. Rating is based on the fact that it is what it is. In other words I’m not going to compare it to a restaurant with three Michelin stars only to other fast food chains. I deducted a star due to lack of healthy options.

My wife and I stopped here and went inside so she could use the rest room and order something to eat, but the young people at the register was more interested in talking to their friends than waiting on customer’s. So we went to another place to eat. McDonald’s needs to hire people who actually want to work.

Worst friggin McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, staff was slow, extremely rude, and everyone was just waiting for their order forever, some of our breakfast was missing so we had to wait even longer for just ONE SANDWICH. We were also skipped/or others were served before us when we were there before them, we also had to remind them about our missing item again. After we got our food, it didn’t even taste great. Horrible, never again. And I also saw lil dead roaches on the floor after we received our food. Sad I even decided to spend my money here.

Very unacceptable experience at this location. Doors locked prior to 19:00 when they should not be especially according to the fire marshal and risk. Said to us the dining room was closed and we had to leave and the only option was the drive though lane which means they were not closed. No explanation or reasoning given other than dirty looks by the staff. Avoid patronage at this location.

While headed to Florida we stopped at this location and waited in the drive thru for over 20min. We have a larger family so our orders are bigger. We understand when things are messed up but when trying to get things corrected all we were hit with was attitude. Majority of the order was correct except, we ordered 3 mcgriddle meals we got 2, ordered 4 OJs got 3, didn’t receive the chocolate milk we ordered and were charged for 2 extra med coke and didnt even recieve those. While trying to fix this so our children could eat my husband was told he needed to speak up cause the person at the window couldn’t hear him yet he was already speaking loudly and the guy had the headphones on. The person said they gave us another sandwich and hashbrown but we only had 5 of the 6 ordered, had to fight for all the drinks and ended up not getting the milk. Our order would have been close to $60, we have never had this issue at a McDonald’s before. I ended up going to the gas station for my son to have his milk all so I didn’t have to deal with the disrespect an attitude anymore.

This has the slowest drive-thru I’ve ever visited. They will only help 1 vehicle at a time from the speaker to the window. Employees need training on multi-tasking. Not friendly people.
