Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru. Paid online and didn’t want to cancel the order. Should have driven off as this was not worth my time.
When pulling up to the second window, the lady gave us our drinks, coughed into her hands, and then went to making the other drinks.
Not sure how McDonalds lets JKS&K run this franchise.

I hate leaving negative reviews but…We stopped on the way back from vacation. We got in the drive thru line but after several minutes we got out because the line never moved. I went inside. I ordered from the kiosk but the girl at the register was doing nothing. There is zero order, people standing at the counter waiting blocking the people who’s food was ready. There definitely needs to be something in place. My biggest issue was the food. We pulled out on got in the highway and I opened the bag. My quarter pounder with cheese patty was burnt as was my husbands burger. Mine was dry, terribly dry. He ate 2 bites and tossed his and I gave it 3 bites before mine went into the trash. Fries were good and tea was good. Just a waste of money. I hate leaving negative reviews. But these burgers were baaaaddd.

Service is okay I know they have alot if younger people working there but they need to pay attention to the orders going out. To many times things are missed. We are regulars so we know to check but we get alot of traffic from the 95 that are making a quick pit stop. The way I look it at treat others how you want to be treated. I got a cheeseburger happy meal so my grandkid back home could have the toy. The edges of my burger, all the way around was cooked so bad I had to pull all the edges off to eat it. I am in love with the small fry I got. Never saw a fry package so tiny before. Was just the size I needed. The bathroom had what looked one a flooring mess with one commode. Had a wet floor sign up but the mess was never cleaned up. The staff was friendly though. Showing you a pic of my cute fry package though. lol

Probably one of the better/fastest McDonalds we have been in to in a while! The staff actually acknowledged us and we hardly waited for anything. Food came correctly the first time! It was nice to see friendly workers than work together!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at McDonald’s ever and that’s saying a lot. I sat at the drive through speaker for over 10 minutes. No one answered so I decided I’ll just order at the window no big deal. Instead of being helpful when I got to the window the worker said she would refuse to serve me. Told me I need to drive back around that she had a line. I would have happily placed an order at the window and pulled off in a spot but she absolutely refused to provide any service. I drove off and will never return!

Slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. No ody seems to be in a hurry and no one seems to care or be apologetic. It was a full 15 minute wait for a small order for three people. Nothing fancy, just burgers and fries and it took 15 minutes.
