These menus items are very incomplete. If a menu item is not enjoyable as is it should either be modified to be enjoyable or discontinued. Have a smaller menu but make better food. Food is something very personal and need to be made with care and a bit of creativity & quality.

The restaurant was absolutely disgusting. All the tables were nasty and couldn’t sit to eat. There was food all over the floor. Two tables had soda spilled on them and it looked like a river flowing onto the floor. The restaurant was smoked out from the fry oil and the food was poor in quality. Here is how one of the burgers were made. They ALMOST got it together!!! Interstate 85 Exit 63!!! STAY AWAY!!! Ohhh, a closer look, that is breakfast food on the floor at 1pm!!!

Service is hit and miss. Sat at Entercom for 10 minutes with 7 cars behind me without acknowledgement, went to window to order and receive food. Other times promptly ordered taken but even Saturday night 26 Aug 2023 service was extremely slow and slightly rude. Never have I experienced this at chick-fil-a….NEVER ONCE…why is that? Maybe management?

If I could give a negative star, I would the rep taking orders at the window was so disrespectful to my friends husband, who was doing his best with the limited English. He knows to place an order and show an audio and message of what he was trying to order which was two different star was a biscuit and she had no sympathy showed how upset she was with him making him feel horrible. I will never recommend this place. You need to do better McDonald’s.

The food was great. But I had my 3 little girls with me & they were so disappointed that the playground was non existent at this location. So I was disappointed because they were disappointed! With young children & happy meals, a playground is a necessity! And although the food was good the customer service wasn’t too great…the girls behind the counter were making a big deal about me getting 2 extra barbecue sauces? They said it was in the bags & it wasn’t! I would have paid for it if needed but it was the way they treated me as if i wasn’t being honest. But other than that it was a good trip overall.

I’ve only been here a couple times However each time was okay not much to complain about except as always the I’ve cream machine is broke. My children pove the hotcakes and I really enjoy them as well as their frapps. The staff at night seem really nice. I appreciate you all for continuing to work even though lots of people quit and leave you hanging.

I went to this mcdonalds at 3 a.m. on my way to work and female voice at drive thru said they were closed until 350 or 355 for shift change and while they switched over to the breakfast menu. There were 2 cars ahead of me apparently waiting for there food so I guess I was the cut off. So the restaurant is only open 23 hours and 5 minutes unless they do this at 11 when they switch back to lunch menu?
