Full of thugs and young kids, didn’t give me ranch and missing food. The nugget are uncook and give me diarrhea. They only give me 15 pieces of chicken nugget instead of 20. My burger are half bitten.

People were friendly and timely. Both of my Big Macs I ordered were missing the top half. Why am I paying $20 for two half burgers? Ridiculous. Tried calling to speak with a manager and I got a picked up and then immediately hanging up. Or they let it ring, no one will speak over the phone. Go to another place in the area or a different McDonalds.

Every since I started working on the river I’ve been coming to this mc Donald’s and it’s been amazing. Unfortunately today I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers with 2 strips of bacon.NO MUSTARD NO PICKLES ! The same exact thing I order all the time. I’m allergic to pickles and there on both of my cheeseburgers ‍♀️ I’m on my way back. Please pay more attention to peoples orders. This is understandable.

I went here on my lunch break because I wanted to get something quick to eat and I placed my order and ask for extra salt on my burger and when I receive my meal it taste like they put the whole salt container on it so I took it back and told them the issue and the manager goes to say well you the one that asked for extra salt and I let her know that I didn’t asked her opinion on my order and it’s a difference between extra and obsessive amount, they are so rude and unprofessional at this establishment and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to spend your money here

082723 – Bathroom was clean. Line was long. Lots of people just wondering around, standing around outside. Severak of what appeared to be homeless people with grocery carts piled high with their worldly possessions sitting in the grass & on the curbs.

We visited 6/10/23 @ 2pm. This McDonald’s serves up fresh, hot food with a smile. We came in here kind if expecting a typical fast food experience, but the sandwiches & fries were hot & tasty. Served up quickly & pleasantly.

I would give negative 5 stars if I could, I waited for 40 minutes and they didn’t give me anything, I don’t know what the point of their existence is! Their store couldn’t make food, I gave them my confirmation number, and the queue came to me, and I didn’t get anything!

Food was typical for McDonald’s. Not a large selection of food. Menu only showed combo meals and unlike most McDonald’s I’ve visited, would not just create the combo for you. Also, no ability to refill drinks. Was also upcharged for the Happy Meal because kids got a fountain drink. Could have purchased a regular meal for what the Happy Meal cost. Glad it was just a stopover on our way to vacation and not what I should always expect from the typical McDonald’s.

Arrived at restaurant at 10:25. Breakfast menu was on the board. We began ordering & the “manager” started waving her hands and yelling no more Breakfast! She didn’t bother to offer an apology – a simple “I’m sorry ” would have meant a lot. We left and went to Bojangles.

Stop lying to customers that your ice cream machine is broken. Just be honest the workers don’t want to continuously clean it thought out the shift. If you didn’t have customers spending money you wouldn’t be making a pay check. McDonald’s get it together!!!
