Beautiful waterside, private restaurant that serves a wide variety of seafood and fish. The food is spectacular and the views even more so. The oysters were fresh, and I got to try a little bit of all kinds of fish and they were very good. Great company outing event spot.

The view itself is worth the trip. We were visiting Seattle for our vacation and picked Rays boathouse as our special night out dinner spot and the whole experience was beyond measure. It’s got the best view of the sunset with Olympic as the backdrop. Occasionally you see a sea lion popping out of the water and some ducks floating by. Simply picturesque! For food, first of all, love the complimentary bread! We ordered fried oyster with pork belly, clam chowder, and Brussels sprout as appetizers and our favorite was the clam chowder and Brussels sprouts. Brussels sprouts were crispy like and well seasoned, while fried oyster with pork belly was a bit on the greasy side in my opinion. For mains, we got crab cake and river salmon. They were both delicious. Great service from the wait staff and lively, light filled atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Wonderful food and service! The restaurant had a congratulations card waiting at our table since I had marked on the reservation that my partner and I were celebrating an anniversary, which was a really nice touch.

We came here mainly for the view but the food was good too! This place gets very busy especially on the weekends so be sure to make a reservation to avoid the long wait time. This is a great spot for a special occasion and would definitely be back here again soon.

The food was ok, but VERY high priced for what you got. The scallops were delicious, but the sauce with the vegetables had a kick of spiciness and it didn’t agree with my acid reflux. I definitely would only choose this restaurant for a special occasion or something as the prices were really very high and, in my opinion, not warranted. The tiki drink was ok, nothing particularly special.

An amazing location right on the water with excellent service. The food is high quality and very well prepared. However, for both the food and the wines by the glass, I was missing a few more highlights for the price. Still, definitely a place to visit.

This is a must go for seafood lovers! Sit outside at the deck when sunny and warm. You cannot go wrong with oysters and a spicy Bloody Mary for starters! For main, I got a medium rare Copper river king salmon with sweetcorn purée; probably the finest salmon dish I have ever tasted ! Highly recommended!

Had a delightful time -enjoyed dinner and a drink in the sun on their back patio! The view was serene and the place isn’t surrounded by crazy tourists or honking traffic so it was relaxing for us.

The staff at Ray’s was exceptional just like the food. We had a large party and booked in advance. There was plenty of parking and the restaurant seemed very busy. All the appetizers and drinks were great. I ate the sablefish in sake kasu which was amazing. Everyone else in the party had great things to say about the food.
