This McDonald’s is very nice inside. It is updated and modern. There are four self-ordering kiosks and a drink station for your convenience. The tables are like no other tables I’ve seen in a McDonald’s. There are benches that can move and chairs that can slide up to the table. Just be aware that the parking lot can get very busy during lunch.

Stopped here on my way back to NJ for a quick drink and was looking forward to his nice sweet frappe. Unfortunately that was not to be had at this particular location because they’re not interested in serving people. After waiting for 20 minutes for my single item curbside, I tried calling the store but they won’t answer.I proceeded to pop my head inside the store and request that they bring it out to me because it was very hot in my car and I had my dog with me. I waited another five minutes, nothing so then went to the drive-thru Lane which unfortunately was barely moving. When you make a mobile order on their app you are not able to cancel it. Now I understand that for $4 or $5 you know I can just leave and forget it but it angers me to give them my money for nothing when they treat their customers this poorly. Luckily for me I won’t have to ever return to this particular location. I would recommend that anybody who is traveling and thinking of jumping off of 95 to stop here, that they just keep right on going. BTW, in case you’re wondering after reading all this, 45 minutes and not even one I’m sorry, that’s how long it took to get my frappe.CRAZY!!

Unreal! Quick stop off the interstate right? NOPE!! Sat in line for over 40 minutes to order. Maybe six cars in front of us. When we finally ordered we couldn’t use our coupon because it expired because they took to long. We then were told to pull ahead while they finished our food. 18 more minutes we waited. Still no food. We had to go in and get it. It was sitting on the counter waiting for someone to bring it to us. An hour we waited for a Big Mac and fries. Don’t stop her if you want fast food.

I can’t rate the food because after 27 minutes waiting in line with only 7 people ahead of me and 3 at kiosks, I STILL had not ordered. There appeared to be employee shortage or mishap to slow service down but what pushed me to walk out the door & keep my money was the lack of concern at mine & EVERY other customers rising agitation. Including the manager. They just didn’t give a hoot.

Horrible service. It took 25 mins to get 2 happy meals. Multiple mployees stood in the back talking and not doing anything. I asked were our food was and got an attitude from the lady at the counter. Don’t waste your time with this location.

Visiting from out of town. Definitely will not return evem though we’ll be here for another week. Girl taking drive-through orders on evening of Saturday August 5th should not be doing that job. Literally waited about ten minutes for her to start speaking and was super disinterested in doing the job correctly. Oil was old and tasting bitter.

QPC – cold. Fries – no salt, ketchup dispenser didnt work. Gave up waiting in line for it. Fries were getting as cold as the QPC. Tables -dirty. Ladies room – toilets backed up. Ordered thru Kiosk food came slow.

We ordered waited for 45 minutes for our food. As I became more visibly agitated, an employee asked what we ordered and took our receipts, but still didn’t bring our food. When I went up to the counter, another employee asked what we ordered. I told her and she went to the back and brought it to me. How hard is it to look at a screen and put food in a bag? Several people came in the restaurant, ordered and received their food while this was happening. None of the employees seemed fazed by the fact that we had been standing in the dining room for so long and were gathered near the food prep area seemingly do nothing.
