I always try to be understanding when I get food from the drive through here but my last two visits have been tough. There are several sweet ladies who work here at the drive through that are always kind but as of the past few weeks, every time I come, I ask for sauce and it’s never in the bag. The sweet ladies I’m used to are not the ones messing up my orders- it’s different people now. I get charged for the sauce too since it doesn’t come with the meal I order it with. I don’t have time to check if the order’s right and shouldn’t have to. This time, I only got a couple of fries but was supposed to get extra. I did not receive a receipt so I could not prove it to them. I come here a lot and spend my money here regularly, so I’m sad. Also, I came one night when the website said it was still open but was told they were only doing door dash orders. Make it clear on the overview on google when it’s not really open for regular people and just door dash so I don’t waste my time, energy, and gas. Then I always resort to Wendy’s instead and should probably do that from now on.

Finally finished an 11 hour shift. It is dinner time. I ordered curbside via the app. When I arrived I went through the drive-thru – because it was empty – to ease the strain of the employees ‘delivering’ outside. I was told at the drive-thru that my food was ready and bagged, and that I must go a curbside location to receive my small order instead of at the empty drive-thru.

As soon as you walk-in it’s obvious None of the employees care to be there and are bothered by you just being there. I’ve bought food from there a few times and every time I have there’s ALWAYS something wrong, missing, or the food has a weird taste to it. One of the employees while inside kept rolling her eyes every time a customer asked a question and got annoyed by the simplest request. Very poor service, food, and atmosphere here and I’m honestly surprised it’s even open.

The service was great, But for some reason one of the burger making guy needed to announce that the drive thur girl was his girlfriend, I didn’t care but why did I need to know. If she checking me out he need to have that talk with her or both of them need to leave if he that jealous.

My husband and I just walked away from this McDonald’s without ordering. Will not go back. Waited for a few minutes before someone acknowledged we had come in. We said we’re not ready. Watched 3 men come in and they waited at the register, took the same amount of time for them to be greeted. Like they didn’t want to be bothered. Watched 2 of the employees come in, I guess from break, where we saw them smoking pot in their vehicle, i think that is still illegal in SC. Watched the manager put food in her mouth while getting customers food ready. Very rude to customers. I know this review is not gonna matter because I see the same kind of comments in the past few months.

Worst place ever, unsafe, 2 customers jumped an employee, whom had to go to hospital. This happen inside store. The lil boy manager Zak thought it was funny & did nothing to stop the situation. It’s always a circus in there, orders are messed up & you may have to fight for your life.

Drive through lady was extremely rude, poor customer service for absolute sure!! Had an attitude the whole time and not with just me. Now I remember why I’d rather go to the other locations. Get rid of whoever was working here on the drive-thru mic on 4-25-23 @ 10:30p, old lady.… we have had very poor experiences with her before… Two stars ONLY because the lady at the second window was polite, respectful and they got our order right.

What in the He/!. A medium fry in a large container???? Asked for fresh…received luke-warm to cold fries. Tasted like fried in old, rancid grease. Yuck!!!! $3.69+ tax down the drain.

The service was very slow and the food was cold when I received it. It was supposed to be brought out to the dining room or at ieast the order called and I waited over 5 minutes and went up to ask about it and the employees acted like I was being a bother to them
