Went through drive through for a very very simple order 2 double cheeseburgers no mustard of course they had the tag that says no mustard and of course there was mustard on them. The sandwiches weren’t even wrapped in the paper just embarrassing everyone working at this McDonald’s on January 1st 2026 should be fired pure laziness from the employees literally serving non edible food I wouldn’t dare to eat these sandwiches that weren’t even wrapped in the paper the first photo shows how I received my order

Stopped by early Saturday morning 2/21/26 for breakfast on my way to work. I’m so glad I did! My breakfast was fresh and delicious. I ordered the steak,cheese bagel combo and a coffee may I also mention was made correctly, some locations usually get it wrong. Thanks to the staff working at that time.Even the cashier was nice.

Couldn’t even find my mobile order to begin with. No straw in bag and got an attitude when I asked for it. Nuggets were cold. Asked for no salt in fries, covered in salt. Asked for extra ice in my cup, there was none to begin with, then when I asked for it they had an attitude putting it in there.

What’s the point of doing a mobile order if your order isn’t going to have what you ordered? It’s always something at this location. 6-piece nugget kids’ meal, just give them 4, I guess. Sweet and sour sauce selected, no sauce ever in the bag, but they have the nerve to want to rush you from the window. 4 drinks, no straws or napkins, lol. Slack, easiest job in the world

Same with fish sandwich undercooked. Ordered a Diet Coke and got a sweet tea instead ordered a strawberry creme pie didn’t receive it at all, only thing eatable were the fries…this job can’t be that damn hard my God. Won’t ever order from this location again

Quick bite to fill the spot. The orders are taken correctly but filled totally wrong. The staff seems to always be in a bad mood. The tea and hot fries are a good reason to stay in business.

Friend and I door dashed from here last week. Both burgers were pink through and through, one fry was missing, the one fry we got was over salted, and didn’t put straws in the bag. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this store and now my friend and I only go to the one next to Freddie’s and Hardee’s.

Went through the drive thru. Used app for discount on combo meal. Got to the window, was asked to pay full price. Regave the code and now there is a system error. Cannot use app codes for another 12 minutes as code was just used but price does not reflect.
This is not the first time this location has had errors in our purchase price vs app price. I’d order online for pickup, but there are timesthis place doesn’t have items that are purchased through the app.

WORST SERVICE I’ve ever received at a McDonald’s. We placed the order for curbside so we could pull over and eat, then I put out stall number in and they took 15 minutes before marking it on the way, not that unusual; but then another 15 to actually bring it out to us. Then my drink was wrong, just ice and coffee, no creamer, no Carmel, nothing u payed extra for. The fries were SO SALTY. Like chunks of salt were sticking to the fries and they tasted like burnt salt. Honestly really dissatisfied in the service
