Had to wait a long time for food. Ordered 4 strawberry and cream pies, notified they only had 2 and then only got 1 in my bag, had to go back into the store for pies, only had apple. Chicken sandwich made sloppy, to much mayo. Staff standing around talking, would not assist with questions about order. Kid on fries had to leave his station to assist. In area to visit family and stopped for food on the way home, expected better service and food, especially for the cost, almost $40. Should’ve went to Cook Out for milkshakes and onion rings.

So strange how the McDonald’s app is changing now I used to have a coffee for 99 Cent and now it doesn’t come up anymore it’s like I use it so much with all my meals and like McDonald’s is really getting a little weird now like some McDonald’s don’t try to give you the best service off the app anymore so what I tried to do is start using my senior discount for a small coffee and I get a $2 breakfast sandwich instead of spending 10 because if they want to play that game then we’ll give them what they want we’ll eat their less and start going to Starbucks.

I would give negative zero stars if I could. Was in the drive thu line 15-20 mins before closing, got to the speaker and was very rudly told they were closed even tho it was still 5 mins until closing time. Inquiring a bit more and again very rudely that they were outta food and no workers and left it there. We went to Wendy’s (which was awesome btw. But it was 11:15 McDonald’s was closed but there lights and menu board lit up, cars getting blown off in drive-thru. Poor management have not been back since

The person taking the orders at the drive thru is fully incompetent. I had an easy order a big Mac meal, and a 10 peice nugget. He read the big Mac meal back and when I went to add the chicken nuggets he deleted the big Mac. How hard is it to make an order on a computer?

Came to get mc nuggets and a cheese burger. Sat in line at the drive thru for 20 mins, just to watch them switch the menu over to breakfast. Still sitting in the line an additional 10 mins with no one returning to the speaker. Poor service from employees and management who work the night shift. Will take my business elsewhere with this poor treatment of customers.

St Paul’s was great once. The drive thru is horrible. Cold or warmed up food. My fries were so had I couldn’t snap one. My last few visits were despicable. My ice cream was barely a dollop. It was hanging down one side onto the napkin. It was all over my car. I asked for a new one. The fella said he put it in a cup. I threw it to the asphalt. Next time same and the two girls were laughing. One had her back to me. It happened again. The person before me had a nice cone. I threw it down. The girl yelled at me to learn how to use a damn can.
