Overall the food was hot and fresh, main issue was the long line to order and to get the food. Also, had to double check my bag because they forgot my large fries so had to wait couple more minutes on top of waiting already like 15 minutes to pay and get my food. The lady that handed me the food didn’t seem too compassionate because she was in a rush since the line was so long and they had forgotten my fries so she couldn’t get us down the lane so we waited at the window. The food itself tasted great, got a good size chicken fillet and fries were hot but lacked salt.

Get to store , scan, and move forward.
Get to window and asked to pull up. Ten cars behind us get food and go around us. Manager was rude. Nothing special just chicken mini meals.

Today we decided to go in to eat instead of drive thru, we were greeted with the best customer service I have ever seen. Her name was Shaniqua (I am sorry if I spelled it wrong). She was super sweet, made sure our order was perfect… she even blessed my mom with a random act of kindness. This is what Chic- Fil- A should be about. She is amazing and definitely will go far!

Came through drive thru around 8:45 p.m. and got a grilled kids meal with fruit instead of fries. My fruit cup was pretty empty which was disappointing, and for some reason the nuggets were really pale and tasted weird! I was nervous they were undercooked, so I didn’t finish them. I asked to trade my toy for a cup of ice cream and was told they didn’t have any. This cfa experience was a let down that didn’t exemplify second-mile service.

I go to this Chick-fil-A at least 2-3 times a week. I always order the Yogurt Parfait and today I was very disappointed. This cup is $5 and it was only filled half way. I hope this was a mistake and not how it’s going to be from now on because its not worth it.

The new drive-thru line there’s only two what is if you’re ordering the other one is if you’re doing a mobile order but if you’re in a truck you cannot fit through the regular line they will not take your order if you go through the mobile line it’s stupid I’m going to have to go to a completely different Chick-fil-A if I want to do the drive-thru

Wow where do I begin. I had to wait 30 mins on a Friday at 2:30 and it wasn’t busy. The lady taking the order I think has diminished hearing as I had to repeatedly shout my order which she still got wrong. I felt like an idiot. Lastly I have no idea what this was inside my sandwich but it smells disgusting. So I wasted $10 as it tainted it.

This is the worst chik-fil-a in town. Always takes forever, long lines are not run efficiently, and food is subpar. I purposely drive out of my way to Montgomery plaza or Hulen location now
