Wow where do I begin. I had to wait 30 mins on a Friday at 2:30 and it wasn’t busy. The lady taking the order I think has diminished hearing as I had to repeatedly shout my order which she still got wrong. I felt like an idiot. Lastly I have no idea what this was inside my sandwich but it smells disgusting. So I wasted $10 as it tainted it.

Beware of hair. Twice in the last year received food with hair in it. First was on a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and last week was in a southwest salad (photos). Sent a comment to customer service via the app and did not receive any response. Called the restaurant immediately after my wife bit into the hair to let them know to spot check whoever was working salads to prevent another black hair in food incident and they did not seem to care. Most Chik-fil-As the food is usually good and customer service solid. Not here. Biting into hair is not appetizing. I’d like a refund for my family’s meal during this visit.

They forgot my chicken nuggets, but gave me an extra lemonade. That doesn’t really seem like a meal replacement. Also, underfilled my fries by a lot. I don’t recommend that you go here, there’s a much better location on Lake Worth.

I love Chick-fil-A… but this location is the worst. The chicken on my spicy biscuits was half the size I would normally see at other locations. The ice tea that I ordered tasted of mildew. Reported through the app and nothing.

… I bought a salad from Chick-fil-A after having X-rays done. Returned to work and began eating and bit into a screw! This comes after several minor food mistakes from this location across the last 6 months including giving me a sandwich with no meat in it. The standards have been dropping, but this was dangerous gross negligence on all parties involved.

Our grandkids have so much fun in their play area. The food was hot and delicious (Chick fila sauce … yum!!!). And their workers are polite, friendly, and make guests feel so welcome. I’ve never had a bad experience at any Chick fila.

Today me and my family received a random act of kindness from this location. We stopped to charge my electric car and saw a chick-fil-a near by and walked and much to our surprise the seating are was being remodeled so we could eat inside but the amazing team member still took our order we got our food extreme fast!! I can’t say enough how amazing the experience was and how considerate they team member was (Hilda)!! I appreciate the understanding and help ! Will always remember and come back !
