This location was closest to our son’s baseball game. We came in to order and immediately were turned off because the dining room smelled of cigarettes. The restroom was locked. Both men’s and women’s.
We ordered from the digital kiosk. From the choices “hot drinks” we ordered a caramel macchiato and vanilla latte. And two value meals. The drinks arrived cold and half full- the employee filling our order was not polite or knowledgeable . She didn’t know our drinks were supposed to be hot. She pronounced the name of the drinks incorrectly. She was angry when I politely and gently told her that these drinks are offered on their “hot drink” menu and yes, they should not be hot.
The floor was dirty and people were rude.
Not impressed.
The manager – a young man- did his best to help make it right. We finally got our coffees after the machine reset.

While attempting to order my breakfast through the drive thru this morning, I could barely hear the person on the other end and they could barely hear me. All I heard was loud blaring music that had lots profanity!! When I got to the window, I was informed that a manager named Chris was playing extremely loud music. Which I could still hear at the window!! This is wildly inappropriate and unprofessional!!! The employee I spoke to did not know his last name. But I know for a fact, his name is chris!!!

Asked for extra ice, they gave me literally 8 pieces of ice and said it’s the machine’s fault, my fries were cold, my mcchicken had a dime size of mayo on the corner of it and hardly any lettuce it was basically just meat and bread. Waited in the drive-through for 20 minutes. Didn’t give me my sauce and wanted to pick a fight about it.

The white lady that manages in the morning/afterish. I think her name is Natalie or Nicole or something all she does is SCREAM at the top of her lungs everytime im there. You can’t even sit and enjoy your food because she is screaming at everyone. I’d recommend going through drive thru or picking up so you dont have to hear that.

Went through the drive thru ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese, sausage McMuffin and hash brown asked for grape jelly they said they charge which is crazy but ok cool I said I’ll pay then the manager said I’ll have to get back in line to get the jelly I’ll never go to that McDonald’s in my life again so I drove to another McDonald’s and told the manager there the situation she shook her head said sorry that I even had to stop at another location and ask me how many Jelly’s I wanted if I was y’all ill never go to this McDonald’s just drive a mile up the road to the next one don’t deal with the misery there especially when you spending your money they’ll be charging you for a straw next

I mobile ordered my food and waited in the drive-thru for at least 30 minutes while I watched other customers receive their orders. Multiple employees came up to me asking what I had ordered, but my food still didn’t come out correctly. When it finally did arrive, the order was incomplete. For example, I ordered biscuits and gravy but only received gravy. The experience was very frustrating, especially since I ordered ahead to save time.

I was the only car in the drive-through, yet I was told to pull forward and sat waiting for 15 minutes with no explanation. During that time, not a single other car pulled in. Employees at the window rolled their eyes, stood around talking with coworkers. No “thank you,” no “have a nice day”… nothing but attitude.
It wasn’t just slow service, it was dismissive service. Customers should never feel like they’re inconveniencing the staff just by showing up. This location needs immediate attention to basic courtesy and efficiency, because right now it reflects very poorly.

The Arabic looking guy was extremely dirty, impolite and outright ignorant. He has no sense on how to talk to customers. When I asked him for extra ketchups, he told to go and buy myself and it’s not free. I’m going to be a Karen here and complain to the corporate. These kinda of people working kitchen irks me.
