I would like to thank the kind young gentleman (which I did not get his name due to the manager being abruptly rude with attitude) on September 2,2023 at 1:44am who let me use the bathroom after a long trip from the airport. Not to mention my flight was delayed for 2 hours. My 5 stars goes to him for his kindness and his understanding, even through he has experienced a long day as well. It is very rare that you find that trait in people, and I very much appreciated him for his actions. Even though one may see it as a minor kind act but his actions give me hope for people like him that there are those here to spread kind gestures, that makes others feel appreciated. As for the manager I recommend you see a therapist with all the attitude you had going on over me using the bathroom. And not only that but the manager yelled at her coworker, the young gentleman in front of us which is very disrespectful, unprovoked and unprofessional. An additional, could’ve been handled in a well-mannered way. To the young gentleman again I thank you, and for the manager work on yourself (it shows you don’t). 🙂

28 minutes in the drive through without moving an inch . Went inside , another 25 min wait for my order . I’m speechless. Employees were slowly walking here and there, a big batch of fries spilled next to the entrance, on the inside, no one cared about ANYTHING. This is our very last time ordering from here. I haven’t seen such a poor work attitude YET . Wow! Just wow!

This is the WORST McDonald’s I have been to, EVER. The food is never correct and if in the off chance it is then it’s bound to be cold. In some cases the fries have not even been cooked all the way. The staff is beyond rude and could really use some customer service training. All of this on top of being in line for over 30 minutes for a mobile order I placed at least 45 minutes before arriving. I will drive to the McDonald’s in Sanford or pick another fast food place before I attempt to eat at this McDonald’s location again.

Unfortunately we went on Sunday after Church. We waited 30 minutes for 2 kids meals and spicy chicken sandwiches. They had only 1 fryer in use. Manager did the best she could. Wish they would have communicated better with customer’s so they had a choice to wait or go to another place.

I came through the drive thru and ordered 2 steak egg and cheese bagels like I always do. I was pulled up and waited about 10 minutes just for the order to come out and be a sausage biscuit and a BACON egg and cheese bagel…I mean seriously ?!?! They’re not even remotely close to what I ordered not to mention other cars got their food before mine and I ordered before them. Now I know for a fact one of them got my food. This McDonald’s needs to do better, I only come because of the convenience it’s less than 5 minutes from where I live but they ALWAYS mess us up my order ♀️

TERRIBLE customer service every time I have come. The employees laugh at you when you ask where your food is when sitting in the drive thru park and wait for 25 minutes only to discover they deleted our order, which required 10 more minutes. By the time I got the food, it was all cold. Rude, obnoxious, and terrible management. I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else were at least they try to care to give customer service.

I’ve worked in fast food for four years. I worked at McDonalds (two locations in the area) for about two of those years and am amazed at how bad the service is for the Cameron location every single time I go. The staff are very nice but you can tell management isn’t doing their jobs. If they delegated responsibilities like they’re supposed to, this location would run much smoother.
