Came here yesterday for lunch with my mom and brother. I haven’t been here in months. When I came, it was a whole different experience I had. The food was good and delicious. Their staff was very nice to us , gave us more napkins , more juice,, treated us very good. Would come back to eat some breakfast next time I be in the neighborhood.

Best day ever! We wanted breakfast and we both enjoyed the lumberjack deal w/ coffee and started w/ the fried strawberry pancake fritters and cream cheese dip. Excellent service and awesome waiter!

The service was terrible. Our waitress took 2 breaks while we were there and the left without saying anything to us. We had to go to the register and ask for takeout boxes and our check. Turns out a couple waitresses left and there was one for the whole building! We gave the tip to her. The food we got was barely warm as it had been sitting in the window forever while our slacker waitress was on her 2nd, or maybe her 3rd break….I lost count….

Went there for my birthday, had a nice time and food was good but had two separate servers who were new and/or undertrained; asked about the birthday deal and if it was specifically for the grand slam breakfast and was told “yeah just scan your promo code at checkout”. Got to checkout, was told “oh, no sorry she’s new it’s actually the everyday value breakfast so the deal doesn’t apply”. Asked if there was anything they could do to offer any kind of discount or compensation since I had specifically asked ahead of time (twice!) and was still told the wrong information and they said “no we don’t do that”. Extremely frustrated.

Just not the same. First time at a Dennys in 20 years. The only decent thing was the pancakes. Would have been better, but the syrup bottle was welded to the table by goo and old syrup. Not going back without the Grand Slam menu. Nah, not going back.

This is chris from uber eats support , one of your staff hang up on me twice, that was very rude! I called many times she did not pick up the phone. I only want to verify to them about the issue of the customer. Restaurant staff is not helpful. I don’t like their service. Rude and not helpful.

My husband and I had a great time at Dennys from our entrance to our exit, Shay made our experience so much fun and was so kind to us. The waiters and waitresses were committed to great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome. Most importantly, our food was freshly cooked a great thanks for this experience to everyone including their cooks :).

Never thought I’d give a Denny’s a 5-star but we came in late and the hostess was very friendly, food came fast considering how busy they were and the breakfast was excellent, especially the French Toast! Very clran as well.:)
