Just left here from returning my food 7/15/23. Went thru the drive thru, ordered a 6 piece kids meal with a disani water, then I ordered a medium sprite and a medium fry, once I get to the second window the lady hands me a cup of water and my sprite. So I said “this is suppose to be an Disani water” she snatches it out my hand, slams the cup down and slams the window, returning with the bottle of water and the rest of my order. No have a great day NOTHING… I politely parked and came inside to return EVERYTHING! I will no longer spend my hard earned money at any establishment with rude customer service.

I would give a zero if I could. I came in tonight at around 9, there was a person cleaning up and I tried to order and he told me that he’s closing. I told him online it says that they close at 11 but he refused to serve me repeatedly saying he’s closed so I left and walked almost 20 minutes to find me some more food. To my surprise, when I walked by this one again, the man who refused to take my order was serving other people in line , there were MULTIPLE people. I had to walk to get here just so he could be lazy and not want to serve me. It only would have took a few minutes. Highly disappointed will not be ordering here again if the staff wants to continue to be lazy and incompetent.

The girl that took the drive thru order was not very polite. I gave my order to her and all I got as a response was $8.00. No courtesy at all. When I came up to give her the card, she frowned the whole time. At least the young guy that gave me the food responded well. I’m not saying this to be ugly but if you are going to have someone working drive thru, they need to show some sense of courtesy such as “have a nice day” or something. That’s how you will draw customers. They want to see employees show at least some care or else they won’t come back. All I know is that girl acted like she didn’t want to be there and that’s not the kind of person you should hire. Not saying this to be ugly. Just something to keep in mind.

I’ve been here numerous times, it’s been decent but worse each time. I ordered through the drive thru and the workers were just chatting not even working and still took awhile for my order. Nonetheless, they do not attend customers right, no customer service, smile or even manners, they just handed my order and looked annoyed. Save yourself the trip and don’t come.

Foods too greasy and there’s hard parts in the chicken. Staff was giving me and my children weird looks and made us feel very uncomfortable. They had an attitude.

Ordered a quarter pounder with bacon at 11:05. Sat in the lobby waiting for 20 minutes watching multiple other customers order and be served before me. At 11:25 (after my coworker has finished his whole meal) I am handed my sandwich. They didn’t put the bacon on it. This place is a joke.

Food at McDonalds is marketed to be the same at all locations. I can’t really rate it as bad. The employees were nice enough but that’s it. The restaurant was messy, dirty tables and floor. there were people I assume who knew the staff just yacking away. I ate inside so at least 20 minutes visiting the employees.
