I usually order through the app and do curbside pickup because I have little ones with me and half of the time I end up waiting over 20 minutes and have to drag all of my kids inside to get my order which is left sitting on the pickup counter. Rarely does anyone remember to bring your order out and half of the time it’s missing 1 or more things. You’re better off going to the Dunkin on Virginia Road.

Ordered large coffee with 7 Splenda in it, got coffee really fast so fast in fact I asked to make sure they put the Splenda in the coffee and was told yes. Drive down to road and yep as my first thought no way they put it in with as fast as I got and I was correct coffee had no Splenda in it. WHY o WHY must people lie. Will never good back

If I could give zero stars I would. Employees are incompetent and reluctant to fix your order when they mess up. And it happens many times! Way too often for how much we go in there. I’d say at least 50%. This morning, ordered a large with less ice/extra cookie dough using the on the go app, got a medium. It was an on the go because I was ON THE GO! When I politely said I ordered a large, employee told me to to hold on while contuing to fill other orders that were coming in. Then preceded to fill a large cup with ice to the brim, poured the medium over it and handed it back to me. I said I ordered it with less ice, got it back with NO ice or syrup, and a nasty glare and attitude. I cannot believe this place continues to hire and keep rude employees who appear to be illerterate as well. Never once have I gotten anything but a grudge when asking for the CORRECT order because they did not listen to something so simple! And they mess up all the time!!! Coffee with whole milk (not extra or lite) is practically white because of how much milk they put in. And as polite and kind as I am when asking for the right order, it is always the same issue with the women there giving each other looks like “how dare I want the right coffee!” It’s disgusting, and I have only used on the go as to not have to interact with them. It is a convenient location for us, so I do frequent this location often. But, apparently that is still a problem for them to follow. Please get a new staff! The men have been nice, pleasant and attentive. EVERY woman behind the counter, and I mean every single one, has been a witch and fails to fulfill the simple job requirements working at a coffee shop.

Really deserves 0 stars. Has nothing to do with employees they are all friendly and quick. The problem is the owner. He never honors his posted hours of operation. He must watch the cameras like a hawk and as soon as there is no consistent activity he orders them to close the store early usually 2-4 times a week. Not a very good way to operate a franchise in my opinion. if it wasn’t the closest store I’d never give another dollar.

I feel their service has gone down hill. I was there two weeks ago and they made the wrong coffee I asked for hot latte and gave me ice latte. Today I asked for a medium ice Heath coffee and was told they don’t know how to make it, how can you have employees work their that don’t know how to make coffee. Also I was given the wrong change back my order was $3 and change and I gave a $20 and got back $3.00 I said I have a $20 and the women shrugged I said I’m not leaving until i receive my correct change. I’m not going their anymore since the workers don’t know what they are doing.
