The reason we select a chain restaurant is the supposed consistency of product at all outlets. Ive eaten at this unit twice this week as im new to area but I seriously doubt ill return in near future. My order was taken correctly documented on pull tag but the sandwich was just flat out inedible. I asked for no pickles yet you see my burger is covered with them but its the Mac sauce that routined the meal. Why would anyone think that this amount of sauce makes for a better sandwich. I threw it out and made a good old PBJ.

Ordered a deluxe quarter pounder and a 10 piece nugget. This was the “quarter pounder”, if you want to call it that, but at least I have it to show because I didn’t receive my nuggets at all.

Do NOT go later at night. They have a hard time taking card payments and want cash only. The food quality is also unedible, fries might as well been left outside (cold). Along with my 2ct chicken wraps. Will not be coming back, wasted $10, I could have taken to Taco Bell right around the corner.

Time and time again this mcdonalds has let us down. They don’t know how to make their own products, consistently give one tiny tomato on a sandwich that comes with 2. Forgetting sauces forgetting milks. They’re suppose to be 24 hours and will not answer their customers. They had someone sitting at the handout window to block people from coming up? I work in the food industry. Who does this to their customers? Workers that don’t care.

Everytime I come here. My order is always wrong. Today I ordered 2 Large caramel Frappe’s. I was given One at the window and was pulled for the other one. I Sat there waiting for 30 mins before given 1 Frappe. I watched them pull 2 other people and gave them the food before even thinking about giving me mine. No I still sat there until there was no one in the drive thru that wasn’t really packed before I got 1 Frappe. No matter how many times I come here. Just for context, my name is Brianna, I am a transgender woman and tonight at 7:23pm I stopped at this location to get a drink and some fries while Im working delivering pizzas.
The experience was pretty standard till the guy(young black man with a gold chain) mis gendered me, which is fine, I wasn’t upset, I just simply corrected him, and let him know I go by ma’am.
Immediately he cut me a look, mumbled something and started laughing.
When I corrected him a second time he started laughing harder, finally on the third try, he said it, but was practically busting out laughing.
Honestly I don’t care about anyone’s opinions of my life and how I live it, but to be laughed at like that was just plain rude and disrespectful, and I’m not just going to sit quietly and take that form of disrespect.
I have zero plans of returning to this location if that’s how the staff is going to treat people of different walks of life.

Off. Sat in line again 11:06 to 11:36. Food cold. Food was cold when I got it back. And he took my old bag back. I don’t trust that this is new food. Nuggets aren’t fresh. Whole experience was trash! Wish I could give less than 1 star.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. I have had ongoing concerns with this College Road location, and after this morning’s experience, I feel compelled to address them. I arrived at approximately 4:00 a.m. and was greeted at the ordering kiosk by an employee who was noticeably unfriendly. There was no greeting of any kind—no “hello,” “good morning,” or basic acknowledgment—only a curt question about whether I was using the mobile app, followed by “What do you want?”
After a lengthy wait, despite only one car ahead of me, I received a chicken biscuit that was completely undercooked and unsafe to eat. Unfortunately, this is not the first time my wife and I have received undercooked food from this location. I did not have the time to return and request a refund due to other commitments. Additionally, I did not receive a receipt with my order—neither in the bag nor at the window.
I have attempted to call the store throughout the morning, but no one has answered. Based on my ongoing experiences, I believe this is the most poorly managed McDonald’s in the Triad. I will not be returning in the future and hope this review helps.
