I randomly came in with my two kids for a quick bite and the place is really clean and quiet. I dined in and placed my order at the self service kiosk. I sat down and immediately our cups were brought out for our drinks and a few minutes later the same man brought our food. Don’t know his name but he is African American with dreadlocks and was wearing a headset. I usually don’t write reviews for fast food establishments but this experience was quick and easy. Usually people are annoying when kids come into an establishment but I got the opposite vibes here.

I went to this location on Sunday August 6th a little before 7pm and ordered a large chocolate shake. When I get to the window to pay, the young lady with glasses handed me a medium chocolate shake so I kindly let her know that it was supposed to be a large and she proceeded to let me know that I was charged for a medium. I asked her how much it is for a large and she stated: “I don’t know but here you go” and walked away. I thought about going back inside and asking for a refund but instead decided to pick my battles and enjoy what I did get even thought it isn’t the size I wanted, but as someone who works in customer service I always have sympathy and patients when mix ups happen so to be met with such a snarky and rude response is unacceptable and they need to really reevaluate who is hired.

Ordered a large vanilla iced coffee with caramel drizzle like I do every day, and it was remade twice and was still disgusting!! Took my receipt and tried to have it remade at store # 35949 and the store in Battleground and Cone and was refused service unless I repurchased another coffee so I purchased another coffee that was actually drinkable. McDonald’s employees follow the rules when it suits them. You cannot remake my coffee with a receipt (from 20 min prior) at another location, but People behind the counters are eating and doing things they shouldn’t within customer view. Ridiculous. I’ll never be back to any locations in the Triad and I will be filing a BBB complaint until my money is refunded. I don’t care if it is only $2.50, I’m tired of this company doing this repeatedly. Poor customer service.

I asked for oatmeal with raisins and fruit and paid for it. When I got to the window to pick up my order, I specifically asked if the raisins and fruit were in the bag and was assured that they were. I do not live near this location, so upon arriving home, I opened the bag to eat my oatmeal and you guessed it, no fruit or raisins. Needless to say, I am not happy about paying for something and then not getting it, I don’t care how much it cost, if I paid for it . . I want it!!

Went by there today after work,around 5:30 the guy that took my order ar the drive thru was horrible. Rude,unfriendly, never said thank you. He also handed me my food, I said thank you twice, he handed me the bag and close the window without saying a word. If you don’t like your job, quit! I shouldn’t have to suffer for it.

I previously said this McDonald’s was the best but that was by mistake. This place usually either puts way too much mustard, ketchup, or mayo on their burgers. I got home and had a McChicken smothered in mayo so now when I go I just order no mayo and put it on when I get home. Had a double cheeseburger that had mustard and ketchup all over the wrapper. The service is iffy sometimes too. I got told to pull past the window and the guy that kept coming out forgot my fries 3 times and a burgers once. Then when I went home most of my food was cold and I live only a few mins away.

Typical McDonald’s. Fast service, Fast food, Fast Drive-thru. Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Usual weekly and monthly specials. Great cold coffee and Frappes. Kids meals with toys or games. Order via Drive-thru, App, Self-serve or Cashier. Easily accessible with plenty of parking. Double Drive-thru for faster service.
