Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza around 6pm on November 10, 2025. Sometimes they can be a little lacking, but I’m always a fan regardless. I always do pickup, so I can’t speak for the delivery process.

We have been ordering from Fox’s for years and have always had great service and pizza in the past. In the past few months things have changed dramatically. Our orders arrive at least 15-20 minutes past the already 45 minute wait time and every single time it’s been completely cold. This last time we ordered my husband asked if our order was cold and basically didn’t get an answer but of course it was and then as the delivery guy was walking away he got smart with my husband. It’s really a shame because we like to support local businesses but I can guarantee you that we will not be calling them anymore. And while I’m at it, they really need to put their prices on the menu because when you order 2 small pizzas and get charged almost $30 it kind of blows your mind.

I put an order in on their website for delivery at 6:18pm and waited until 7:40 to call asking for an update only to be told its on its way or already delivered, well it wasn’t delivered, then hung up on. Its currently 8:05pm and Im still waiting

We ordered food. It was incredibly over priced i thought about canceling our order and ordering somewhere else that could feed the whole family. I decided not to cancel and thought hed feed an employee in need. Ive been there so i know what its like to need food you cant afford. He called and left 2 voicemails the second one saying he threw it out. Then proceeded to text me an hour later under another number saying he got a call from me. Once i responded he told me if i ever order again to pick it up. I explained this too him he said he threw it away. Then tried to cover his tail by saying he had to text and dint want to waste it when he already admitted 2 times he threw it out. Im not claiming to be a saint. Hes extremly unprofessional and again incredibly over priced.

Ordered on line somehow the ordered screwed up.i called they called me back and made things right.but when the person came to my door he said he was told to give me a message.its was my fault about the order messing up and they would not make it right again.i called the pizza den ask them why they themselves couldn’t say that to begin with.he got very smart with me.i told him he just lost a customer.he said he didn’t care.i have ordered at this pizza place many times in the past.but now that I know they have to many customers and don’t care if they lose some.ill be helping the other pizza dens out in our area.the order was a mistake nothing to get so ignorant about.believe me the pizza isn’t that great that I want free pizza.i work so does my husband.i think we can afford a pizza.treat your customers with kindness it keeps them coming back.know one right now can afford to lose customers.to many businesses shutting down.

Altho being honest I am in love with mad pies when I do order from foxes I have zero complaints! I appreciate how friendly the staff is even tho I know they are struggling right now due to no one wanting to work with all that covid cash coming in. (Who can blame them an extra 1200 a month. Come on!) So to each and every one of you thank you from my heart and my fat you are so appreciated!!

I think if I had to dig down for something to get all picky about it would be for every single pizza place. When I ask for extra cheese I never get extra cheese so I have to order extra extra extra cheese. So when I say extra cheese I mean like please try and kill me. Death by cheese would be perfectly ok in my book LOL
