Aiden was my cashier. He greeted me with a smile. He was very patient and friendly. A guy was assisting him, too. The atmosphere was delightful. My food was hot and delicious. It was a pleasant experience!

The bathroom has no paper towels but both the touchless sinks jet spray water outside the sink at high forced pressure. The staff is aware and instead of fixing it they leave a wet sign in the bathroom. Unacceptable.

Very clean facility. Food looks nothing like photos. I get a filet fish. Always half cut cheese. Staff at the drive thru and walking are friendly just very slow.

The ONLY good McDonald’s in northern Virginia. The manager is someone I’ve seen working for this franchise for ages. Jason, the G.M. is probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, and I usually don’t like anyone…..ever….. Check my other reviews, you will see what I mean. Even before Jason this place has been great since the 80s. It’s the Franchise I’m guessing. Hiring practices? Doing real reference checks? I’m not sure, but it’s working. I do miss Michelle, though. A very cranky woman you hated to love.

It’s McDonalds, typical McDonald’s food, service, etc. It’s usually really clean and quick, people are nice. But I’ll warn that my son got pinkeye playing on the playground here. It’s the only place we’d been so I knew that’s where he got it. I called to let them know and was told that they wipe down the playground once a day but only sanitize once a week on Mondays.

Normally I don’t do this but I’m really disappointed. I ordered a McDouble and a mcchicken. Very simple….wasn’t busy, wasn’t a lot of people in the drive thru or parking lot….had to be a minimum of 3 employees yet somehow the bread on both sandwiches was hard as a rock….literally had to rip it off with my teeth when I took a bite that’s how hard the rim of the buns were…my burger Pattie’s were like rubber and the ranch packet was cracked open and got all over my steering wheel…….I hope they can be a little more attentive cause I hate leaving these types of reviews but this is completely unacceptable.
