Quite frankly, my first and last order ever. I had a discount code and thought I would try it out (via delivery). It was perhaps the most revolting meal I have ever had. Look at the photos and judge for yourself. The chicken soup looks like a bowl of cereal, everything coated in grease, very little pasta and protein.
I try to keep my business local, and this is exactly why. Canned green beans instead of the advertised asparagus, a chicken soup that’s mostly milk (…and I can’t consume dairy). Look at the photo, it’s akin to a bowl of morning cereal, not chicken soup. The breadsticks are even greasy…
But, judge for yourself. I will never waste my money or time on this. Horrible meal.
Update: They emailed me a $25 gift card after my review…I sent it back; I don’t want “fruit baskets…I will never waste my time or money on this place again.

As indicated by the stars, food and service were outstanding. But the whole walk from my car to the front door was littered with hundreds of cigarette butts . I’ve never seen so many. Not to mention the employee who is standing there smoking. When I got to the front door I glanced in the other direction and that area too was covered with lots of cigarette butts. I did encounter someone smoking on the way out but she was further away from the sidewalk. You need to show how clean your restaurant is by getting someone out there and cleaning up litter

The Shrimp Fritto Misto and Bellini Peach-Raspberry Iced Tea taste good. The atmosphere is good. The service is good. The only but important thing is, the pay system calculates the gratuity fee based on the after tax total. The tips should be calculated based on the pre-tax amount! They should update the pay system! So pay attention to your bill!!

Wow, the food and service were seriously top-notch! Everything was so tasty and the staff was super friendly and helpful. My only minor issue was that they wouldn’t take a picture of my wife’s ID. She wasn’t able to order any drinks because of it, which was a bummer. Overall, though, it was a great experience and I’d definitely go back!

I come here often for the serivce and the great food, and I haven’t been able to do the survey on my receipt either to me throwing it out or loosing it before I can do so, but I wanted to point out two of the most caring and friendly employees there, I have had a couple interactions with Mickael, either him being a host or one of the Togo people and he does above and beyond at his job helped me get a table in the middle of a Saturday rush and has treated me with the most respect and really made me feel happy to be there and he is a super friendly employee and tries to help the most in whatever situation, and Jessica was my server the other night and super friendly and Efficient with her job and I have never felt ignored when I go in there to either dine in or get take out. Thank you Olive Garden for these two fine employees that really go above and beyond with their jobs! And I certainly will be coming back to your establishment thank you

On my way to business meeting stayed nearby hotel and stopped in here . I have been to this location for few times in past so it was easy to choose this location. It was around 8:30 pm so decided to prefer all you can eat salad and Minestrone soup being vegetarian! Ordered Red Blend glass of wine which is I think their own brand. Really this red wine taste between Cabernet and Marlot ! Any way salad was well mixed and soup was also good. Music piping is old 50’s early sixties sound nostalgia bringing ..

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent order I placed online for your Scranton, PA location, which did not meet the expectations I have come to associate with Olive Garden, based on my previous experiences in New York.
After moving to Pennsylvania, I was excited to order the “Create Your Own Pasta Dish” with the Spicy Three-Meat Sauce, along with the Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini, as both dishes were appealing and offered a flavor profile I enjoy. Unfortunately, my experience fell short in several ways.
Firstly, the pasta dish arrived at a lukewarm temperature and lacked adequate sauce, which was a primary reason for my choice. Despite mixing it thoroughly, it did not resemble the appetizing presentation on your website. Secondly, the Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini contained a piece of what appeared to be either plastic or hair like substance, leading me to discard the meal out of concern for my safety.
While the signature salad and Pasta Fagioli soup were enjoyable, they were the only components of my nearly $50 order that I found satisfactory. Given the issues with the main dishes, I would like to request a refund for those items, excluding the salad, soup, and side of meatballs, which were at least edible. Attached are pictures to show you how little sauce was given to me on both dishes but also the plastic/hair like substance found in my Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Meal a $24 coat to me that I had to throw away for my own safety as mentioned above!
