I frequent this location when I leave the casino late at night. The food is always fresh. The drive-thru workers could work on their customer service skills a bit more, but overall the service is fast and the food is fresh!

They keep it cold in there. Which can be a good thing! We take our kids to the play place, they maintain it rather clean. The food comes out promptly even at peak lunch hours. You can order from the table which is convenient. Drive through is also pretty convenient. They have improved their service over the years, we’ll keep coming here.

Absolutely disgusting experience.
I was dining in at this location when a young man came to pick up his order. What I witnessed next was beyond unacceptable. The service employee was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional, even using curse words toward the customer. Instead of fixing the situation, the employee walked away and sent the manager and somehow, she was even worse.
The manager spoke with the same rude attitude, showed zero customer service skills, and then had the audacity to ask the customer to leave the store without even giving him his order. I was honestly shocked. This was humiliating, disrespectful, and completely out of line.
As a customer sitting there, I felt embarrassed and ashamed to be inside this location. No one deserves to be treated like that especially over something as simple as picking up an order. This behavior reflects terrible training, terrible management, and zero accountability.
I will never return to this location again, and I strongly suggest others think twice before coming here. If this is how customers are treated openly, I can only imagine what goes on behind the counter.

I visited this location on 12/20 and encountered the busiest drive-thru line I’ve ever seen here. While I appreciate the speed, the staff seemed so focused on moving cars through that accuracy suffered. I felt quite pressured to pull away immediately due to the long line behind me, only to realize later that both of my hash browns were missing. It’s a frustrating trade-off between speed and correctness—definitely take a second to verify your order before you leave the window!

Quarter pounder with cheese is usually thick and juicy, but the one I got tonight was thin, charred and obviously old and semi reheated. And they are not cheap. Very angry and disappointed!

I had a craving for a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin so I stopped into this location about 10am, midweek. They were not busy at that time. I placed my order and received my meal in just a couple of minutes. The restaurant was modern and clean. I observed that most of the bench seating was showing signs of wear and should be repaired or replaced relatively soon. My McMuffin meal was $6.37 and it was worth every penny! Just look at the pictures! It looked good and it tasted good! Just writing this, is making me want to eat it again tomorrow. My only complaint is that the customer service could have been better. They weren’t rude, but they weren’t particularly friendly either. But honestly, even if they were rude to me, I’d probably still return because that Sausage, Egg and Cheese McMuffin was money!

They forgot my childs apple juice made her very upset they also forgot got 4 sauces, who eats chicken nuggets without sauce? Thats blasphemous. And they charged for the sauces but didnt even provide for them, they forgot so many things they forgot. Horrible mcdonalds horrible service , and the employee was even worse, she kept spamming “huh” when i was talking to her. this is not the first time I’ve gotten this horrible service ive came to this McDonald’s many times before.

We just had the absolute best experience with a curbside order. Habib brought my VERY large order out, was kind enough to wait to be sure nothing was left behind. Quickly fixed our missing soda and did it all with the BEST attitude.
