SO GROSS! I came to eat inside and this woman working swept my damn feet! Go to get my drink she starts wiping the drink machine as soon as I get there. Go to throw away my trash guess who decides to take it out. MORE THAN ONCE THIS HAS HAPPENED. I’m a very understanding person but this is so gross and strange.

The drive thru is super super slow. Like 15 minutes in line til I get my order. Tried walking, no better! Had to order my food at the kiosk, fill my own drink and the wait was not considered “fast food”. Suggestion: check out a Chick fil A!

Went inside for take out service one evening so could also use the restroom. After ordering my food on kiosk, it was about 18 mins till I got my food. I didn’t see a single human the entire time until she came from the back and shoved the bag at me very rudely almost 20 mins later. As I was already running behind, I trusted they could make a simple chicken sandwich and hold the pickle’s like asked. Nope. 10 miles down the road I open my chicken sandwich and I smell nasty pickles. Not only did they take a bunch of my time and a bunch of my money, but the only thing I gained was the satisfaction of knowing some wild Animal will have a nice chicken sandwich covered in pickles as I threw it out the window.

This is such a nice McDonald’s. The staff are really friendly. And the facility is updated. It’s super clean. The food came out fast and was delicious.

This is the best McDonald’s in Calvert County. While no McDonald’s is perfect. They get orders correct 95% of the time. The staff are friendly and personable, and the inside and facilities are always clean. And also, the manager Alexxus is the best!

Burgers taste better than before but the increase in prices aren’t justifiable, they should have been that good before and the pricing should be better. I can almost go to a better place to eat for what they charge. I will still eat there but not as often as before .

This McDonald’s can never seem to get an order correct. Accuracy is important people. It’s your job to ensure orders are correct before allowing the customer to drive off. Asking someone to return to your establishment in order to correct mistakes of your making is ludicrous and you know the odds of that happening are slim, so you just keep on giving poor service with no consequences.

If you didn’t order through the mobile app, forget about getting your food in a reasonable amount of time. In other words, expect a LONG wait. Definitely not “fast” food. The fries were good but the Quarter Pounder wasn’t. To top things off, the soda mix was off so overall it was a less than stellar meal.

The two cheeseburger meal was awful. My burgers were obviously pressed by a steamroller followed by an M1 Abrams tank. They were flatter than the manhole cover Wile E. Coyote gets clobbered with.
